Camille was super nice and helpful for everything. This hotel has lots of restaurants nearby to eat at, and the room was nice too. The breakfast was not bad, the coffee was good. I wish the bread was a little fresher (it clearly wasn't from a bakery in the morning) too. The service at breakfast was super friendly as well.

I am not sure why some hotels insist on the bathroom window, but if you do have one, at least make it properly concealable for privacy. If I had known there would be this bathroom window I would not have booked it. Also the room's windows and doors let in some noise, needs a bit more insulation.

Very well located hotel close to main metro lines. Easy access to Gare du Nord from there. Friendly staff, with a 24h reception which makes your evening experience smooth coming/going from the hotel.

No power socket by the head of the bed. The glass wall that separates the bathroom from the bed takes away your privacy when leaving the shower. Ok if you are a couple but not ideal if you are sharing with a friend. They try to put a curtain to minimise this problem but there are still gaps. Have this in mind when booking your stay.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and cheerful and welcoming and there were staff there even late at night which is reassuring. The hotel was in a great location for restaurants etc and very near two metro stops ( Parmentier...2 minutes and Oberkampf 5 minutes). The room was well designed and well equipped ( we enjoyed the kettle and fridge and also the UK plug socket...very useful for phone charging!) The street is quiet and the 96 bus goes from just outside along a very picturesque route into central Paris...more entertaining than the metro though slower of course. You can just use a metro ticket on the bus. There was also free coffee in the lobby and a useful computer terminal with internet access and good wifi.

All good. Room not spacious but had everything needed for a 5 day stay

The location is great: lively neighborhood but quiet street, less than 5 minutes away from the nearest metro station. Room was large enough for both of us and our four suitcases, clean and nicely decorated. Staff were kind and helpful. Really happy with our stay.

The "telephone" shower was impossible to set straight and when we stayed, the elevator has big issues (doors wouldn't close) but hopefully these will have been resolved since our departure. The floors could have been swept more often.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The location was great and the room served its purpose perfectly. I find mattresses in France to be on the firmer side, which hurts my back a lot. But it was not the case here. Also, we asked for two more pillows and were accommodated easily. The staff spoke English very well which was helpful because my French is basic.

A closet would have been nice but it didn’t really hinder our stay. The room was tight - a little difficult to maneuver with two people and two suitcases but overall we were very happy.

Super nice staff! We were given a room prior to our check in time as there was one available and we were very happy. The room was clean and well maintained. There was some coffee, water and biscuits. Also, downstairs in the lobby you could have a nice coffee (there are capsules) or tea through the whole day for free. The location is great, too! You can reach the city centre easily, also the train station (Gare du Nord). You can either walk or take the metro. 5 min away from the hotel you can buy some of the best croissants and pastries - the boulangerie is called Utopia - try it, it’s worth it! We booked the hotel just a week before we visited and we think that the price was good for what you get, especially for this period of the year in Paris. July is probably the busiest time…

It was a bit noisy (from the street) but we expected that as the location is in the centre. We just used ear plugs and everything was fine. The rooms are small but it’s normal for Paris. The bathroom might be a bit uncomfortable for taller/“bigger” people.

Fantastic location, incredible number of outlets, great lighting, great climate control, very friendly staff. I will absolutely stay here again.

The only thing that could have pushed it over the top is if they had some artwork in the rooms to give them a bit more character. That's my personal preference, though, as an artist! Just a fantastic hotel and lovely people.

Good hotel and close to the metro, well equipped but the rooms are very small, you can hear everything from the other rooms. Very nice all the people from the reception and all of them very helpful.

One of the ladies who were cleaning the rooms were especially forgetful about all that we needed, like toilet paper, gel de douche or changing towels. An armchair or even a chair in the room would be nice, we had online meetings and we had to stay in the bed…

I liked the location, friendly staff and our room was very comfortable. We had a compact en-suite and a queen sized bed. We were on the 6th floor and it was quiet despite being near to the elevators. Excellent location, 10-minutes to the nearest subway and if you walk straight along the road the hotel is on, there are countless bars and restaurants. The Turkish restaurant opposite the hotel does amazing food and there's a boulangerie around the corner for fresh patties in the morning.

Nothing.

This hotel was really lovely. Me and my partner had a pleasant stay. It was close to all the amenities that one would want; restaurants, cafés, shops and metro stations. The location of the hotel is in a fairly central part of Paris. Easy to get around. The staff were a big part in making the stay very relaxing. They were quick to be helpful and resolve any issues. The room was on the smaller size but that was my fault. Overall, couldn't have been happier with my choice and you will be too.
