The hotel was good, the staff were very nice people, the receptionist from the 1st day was great and was able to let us check-in earlier and to a better room than the one booked. Everything was very clean in the room and the bed was comfortable. Wifi good, the room has a refrigerator also and you can find also tea, coffee and some water. The location is really close to the Oberkampf metro and to several restaurants. There is also a nice cafe at the corner of the building.

I cannot say it was something not known, because you can find this by looking at the location on the map, but the hotel is not close by foot to any of the most turistic atractions for first timers in Paris. You can easily get to them by metro though, so this is good. You can also reach by foot the clubs and bars for some night parties in Bastille.

This is a warm, welcoming and cute hotel. The staff on reception are always courteous and friendly. We had a slight leak in our bathroom and the owner upgraded us to the only room left without question. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and everything about staying there was really pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of different choices and food allergies catered for. The neighbourhood is safe with lots going on, great bars and interesting places to eat We chose to eat around the area instead of going back into the busy quarter. When we come back to Paris I will definitely return here. Thank you!

I cannot think of a thing I didn't like.

It is a small but very convenient hotel. The room and bathroom are small (as you would expect in Paris), but everything is clean and works in the room. Lights, TV, accessories, etc. They had maid service everyday, always a nice shot of good expresso or tea. While it is not described in their website, they do have a safety box in the room. Closer to many restaurants and metro stations. Staff is very nice. It is just a well rounded hotel when we just needed a good rest at night.

If you have noisy neighbors you will hear them. But we were fortunate not to have them except for one night.

Loved our stay here, the concierges were all so friendly & chatty as we pottered about Paris & popped in & out. We felt safe throughout our stay. Metro lines just a short walk away & so many fab places on doorstep to eat at any point of day or night. We stayed in the prestige rooms, which were reasonably sized & clean- daily turnover & freshen too. The beds & pillows were comfy- welcome after busy days sightseeing, walking, shopping & enjoying local food & drinks! The farmers market across from the hotel Fri/Sat/Sun was also lovely.

Nothing that would be an unfair comparison to a larger hotel, this is a small boutique hotel, the lift is small but ideal for luggage going up & down as we were 3rd floor and if we can walk up the arc de triomphe the steps are easy to take :)

The hotel staff are on site 24/7 and extremely warm and helpful. They upgraded us to larger room for free. The location is very convenient (a few metro stops from the Gare du Nord where there's a train to Charles de Gaulle airport, making it almost as convenient as an airport hotel for arriving/departing flights). The neighborhood is lively with restaurants, cafes, and other amenities. The hotel faces a park that is the continuation of the Canal St. Martin, one of the most charming and local-feeling districts in the center of Paris. We opted for the breakfast plan, which was a great decision: every morning there was a large buffet with hot options, cheeses and charcuterie, fresh bread and pastries, yogurt, soft-boiled eggs, spreads, fruits, vegetables, cereal, and unlimited coffee, tea, and beverages. This was served in a comfortable wine-cellar setting with booths and tables, a great place to plan the day's adventures. We will stay here whenever we visit Paris from now on!

No pets allowed--sometimes we travel with a small dog, so that would be the only reason we would not stay here from now on.

Fantastic hotel in a superb location! Spent 3 nights here and I can’t recommend it highly enough, the staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and the extremely clean, with nice rooms. The location is very close to oberkampf metro station so very easy to get anywhere around the city. It is quiet, you’ll have a great sleep here!! Thanks again to all the staff!!

Everything was perfect!

Location is an important factor and this hotel was perfect in that it was close to quite a few stations and various metro lines. The surroundings are quiet and whilst we were staying there, there was a fresh produce market on Tuesday morning. We were able to store our luggage as we were too early for check-in and when we returned later in the evening, we found that we had been upgraded because they saw it was my birthday and gifted me something small! Our room was also cleaned with towels replaced after our first night. There is a lift which brings you all the way to the top floor but it is quite small. I also appreciated the fact that reception is 24hours as I feel like this is something that is becoming quite rare these days. The staff were all super accommodating and lovely and I would stay here again if I ever came back to Paris!

Fantastic hotel from start to finish. Michele at the desk made us feel very welcome and was a pleasure to say hello to every day. He’s a credit to the hotel. The hotel is very service orientated, clean and has lovely decor. Very comfortable bed and quiet room. Location is fantastic - near just about anything you’d want in Paris from great restaurants, bakery’s, little boutiques and bars etc. Not too touristy by very easy to get anywhere in Paris you’d want to be. Will definitely stay again when returning.

The building was beautifully designed with a warm welcoming entrance hall. It had a really friendly atmosphere. The rooms were immaculately clean and quite spacious. We loved the addition of a small fridge. Quiet, safe local area but only a 2 minute walk to the Metro. In the evenings the area had a lovely safe and friendly local atmosphere with local restaurants to have dinner at. The staff went above and beyond to help us and were always friendly. We could store our luggage there before check in and on check out which was really helpful.

The location is good as it’s close to that metro stations. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Nice restaurants around. Hotel is clean. Have coffee and tea for you inside your room.

The elevator is very small. 😃 the room is small. The shower is small. I’m 158cm and weight 50kg. When I went in to the shower I can feel it’s tight. If you are a big person. I won’t recommend you to stay at the basic room. Maybe need to stay at bigger room. The windows is looking at other building.
