Cannot fault this hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful, good sized room for a big city and comfy beds. It was quiet and the location is very good, near to Republique which was vibrant and has good metro links to everywhere in Paris. Also close to Canal St Martin which is a lovely place to walk with lots of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good and we were very touched that the manager gave us a little gift when we left of some Olympic mugs. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Nothing really, is an old building so there were few bits of decor that could be touched up

The lights in room 302. They had light switches but they didn't quite seem like they worked. The receptionist seemed to think that they were motion sensor activated. But it didn't seem to matter how much we waved our arms or didn't. The lights just turned on and off randomly by themselves. So I think either instructions are needed or those lights need to be checked. Other than that, it was a great hotel! Super staff and a very nice room.

The availability of the family staying on the same floor was GREAT. The personnel were very helpful and attentive. Our questions were answered and the help for transportation was extremely important . Your personnel was extremely attentive to our needs. Thanks to all for a wonderful stay at Le 20 Prieuré Hôtel !

The shower door wasn’t sufficiently long to capture the shower spray and the floors needed constant drying. I would suggest more mats or drying towels to help with that matter. If you were to have any changes I would do so in the bathroom.

Communication with hotel pre trip was great. All questions were answered. Staff throughout the stay were friendly, helpful, and informative. Breakfast on day one was a great way to start the day. East walk to Metro. Also, nice gentle walk down to the Louvre around 40 mins but so easy. Loads of bars and restaurants within an easy walk. It's great to get access to an iron and irnong board on arrival. I would definitely stay again. Photo is the view fromnout balcony.

I can't really complain. The room was clean and well equipped.

The location is excellent. You're in the heart of Le Marais and you can explore this area by foot. The hotel is also near two metro stations. The staff is probably the nicest I've ever met and they all spoke English. Finally it's a decent sized room considering you're in Paris. I would definitely stay there in a next visit in the city.

I think they could do a better job in cleaning the room, there was mold in the bathroom. It was not extreme, but they certainly could have cleaned it.

Everything is fantastic! The location is perfect, many shops, bars, cafes, and places like Center of Pompidou, Les Halles, Notre-Dame, and vintage shops are on walking distance. 2 metro stations with 4-5 lines are nearby, connecting you to every destination in the town, as well as the airports. Facilities were great, they were nice to provide us a room with a nice balcony with exceptional view. Staff is lovely, taking care of all need and giving nice recommendations. Liked everything :)

Only the draining system has some problems, which is not a big issue.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was comfortable and very clean, making it easy to relax. The location was perfect – close to all the sights and attractions I wanted to visit. The cleanliness throughout the property was impressive, with everything feeling fresh and well-cared for. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

The staff were very pleasant especially Wiam who went out of her way to make my stay comfortable ... The location is excellent , with proximity to two major metro stations . Breakfast was good and staff in the breakfast room were just soooo nice ... love to them ...

The air conditioning was faulty on some of the floors but the staff co-operated by changing my room.

Great location near metro but down a quiet side street. Metro stop 5 min walk away to anywhere in Paris very quick and easy. Staff very helpful and always someone on reception desk. Rooms were clean and of a good size. Fridge and kettle in room which was perfect for our tea in the morning. Brilliant blinds at window which blocked out all light. Could not really fault hotel. Did not have the breakfast as many Places to eat near by.

Bathroom hook was off the wall and generally room a bit worn but everything was functional and clean.

Great location, just outside the metro station, plenty of good restaurants and bars around. The staff were amazing and very helpful and the gentleman who was working in the reception on the day of our arrival let us check in early free of charge! The room was very clean and it had everything we needed in there, including a mini fridge. Fabulous hotel, convenient location and the friendliest staff! Can't recommend enough.
