the staff was really nice and friendly, the room had a nice balcony with pretty nice view of the eiffel tower and pantheon, the room was nice, bed was comfy, location was great. Havent been to spa nor the gym during my stay but had a nice stay.

The rooms are TINY I personally cant really imagine traveling with big two shell suitcase and open it in the room as there was really not much of a space for walking around the bed and leave your carryon open on the floor.The bathroom was tiny too. Apparently that's a thing in Paris - all rooms are tiny in Paris hotels

Such a beautiful hotel with a free sauna and massage services available, Saif at the reception was so kind and helpful when I had trouble opening the door to the sauna and giving me fresh towels.Also I had a upgrade on my room without asking ,a marble fireplace ,a terrace just to step out and get fresh air ,a sitting area with table and chairs ,coffee maker and tea kettle which I always need to have ,also a cute little curtain surrounding the small closet space ,complimentary water was a nice touch and a desk . I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris ,no need to search for anything better .Artisanal boulangerie is located directly across from the hotel also.

Lift was small and can't hold a lot of people at a time .

I'm not usually one for leaving reviews but i feel compelled to as me and my partner had the most amazing weekend stay in Paris at the Best Western Plus La Demure. The facilities were modern but still very classy, the location was pretty ideal, not close enough to be affected by any noise of the city centre but everything felt nearby. The staff were the cherry on-top of this whole experience they were professional, attentive, polite and available 24/7 so would like to say a massive thank you to them🙏🏻😁

Wonderful experience - the rooms are really beautiful with a lovely view from the upper floor windows. Champagne welcome. Cleaning staff very thorough and hard working. I injured my back whilst travelling and the front staff were so helpful in assisting me when it was at its worst - this was hugely appreciated, thank you. Nice infused water prepared by the catering lady in the foyer. And a decent breakfast with things like yoghurt, walnuts and other things.

The sauna room is great. The wet room is slightly odd. The location is in a lovely area, but be prepared to walk a little to get to the middle of Opera and across the river by Notre Dame. Bathroom shower doors let out quite a lot of water.

The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel lobby was very comfortable with amenities. They had a nice room that you could wait comfortably. They had a great wine bar. The room we were in was small but the space is well utilized and there is a place for everything. The beds are comfortable. The room was quiet. We had one facing the courtyard. The breakfast was great. You had two choices continental or a larger breakfast. The location is in an area with great restaurants. You can access the metro easily to see the sights. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Clean and confortable. Modern furniture, complimentary water always available. Well located, close to public transportation, restaurants and supermarkets around. Good free wifi connection if you need to work. The staff was nice.

The room was pretty small, bus the usual in Paris I guess… I did not try the breakfast but it seemed too expensive compared to what you can get in the bakery across the street 🥐

This is no Best Western plus I have ever seen!! (coming from California) What a nice hotel! Our room was wonderful, we were there with our son so 3 of us in our junior suite which was spacious for us. We really liked the location, it isn’t right at some main sites you may want to see in Paris but it isn’t far. We used the Metro (easy) very close to hotel, also used Uber. It’s about a 10 min walk to the oldest street in Paris. I would absolutely stay her again! Shout out to Leo who is amazing at his job, so helpful! The others were great as well, we just had gotten all our information the first day from Leo but always hellos and smiling faces when you leave and come back. Truly amazing place! A must stay! We were visiting during a busy time so idk about pricing I think it was a little hi (over €400. Our first hotel was in a more central area to walk but so small with tired decor I would rather be in this neighborhood. We also walked to Caracombs from here and then rode Limes back so fun! I would love to go back!

The hotel was in a great location for our visit. The staff were excellent!

The rooms were very small for a double bed, so it was not easy moving around the room.

Hotel incredibly clean and loved how quiet the area and the room was. Staff incredibly friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable too which is a plus after a long day walking across the length of Paris. Great location - away from the busy parts but still in the thick of it given the proximity to Metro. Definitely will be returning again!
