Room was pretty spacious! Only about a 15 min walk from the Gare due Nord station. Although the hotel was about a 45 min walk from a lot of the main tourist attractions like the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe, the area the hotel is located in is great as it is and has lots of great shops around. Very lively at nighttime which was nice to see. If you're not up for walking that long however, the metro is about a 2 min walk away. Friendly front desk staff - they let us keep our luggage at the front for no cost before and after checking in/out.

Be aware that there is no elevator in this hotel! Thankfully we were only on the third floor so bringing our luggage up and down the stairs wasn't too big of an issue, but this is definitely something to be aware of especially if you have mobility issues - the stairs were a bit steep and narrow.

This little hotel was very clean and in a great location near the metro station with lines 4, 8, and 9, which leads directly to Gare Est and Gare Nord as well as most touristy areas of town like Norte Dame, Latin Quarter, and the Eiffel Tower. It is also right next to some grocery stores and restaurants. We love to walk so we found ourselves wandering all the way down to the waterfront (about a mile away). There are lot of cute little squares nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly.

It’s perfect for a young couple on a short vacation but if you are looking for something luxurious it won’t be for you. You can easily hear people coming and going in the hallways which was a bit disruptive when sleeping but overall not too bad. The hotel is very small with no elevator but that is typical in Paris. As long as you are prepared that you will have to climb up several stairs and that the rooms are a bit small, you will be pleased with the hotel’s location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

The room we stayed in was just the right size - it had three double beds, all very comfortable, and a private bathroom (a bit small, but it wasn't really a problem). People there were really nice, and were always open to helping us with whatever was needed. Towels were exchanged every day, too. It's located in a good place, with the subway almost right around the corner, which means you can get anywhere very quickly! Oh, and when we checked out, we still had a bit of time before going to the airport, so they let us keep our bags in the hotel, which was really nice of them. Overall, a great stay in Paris, considering price-quality!

The only thing "bad" about the hotel, is that our room was on the last floor and we had to walk up many flights of narrow stairs (it doesn't have an elevator), so be prepared to do it with all the luggage. Other than that, everything was good!

Staff were very kind, helpful and friendly. Hotel was easy to find and very accessible to the metro. A lot of great nearby cafes and restaurants. Near Le Marais, walking distance to vintage shops, to Canal St. Martin, to Centre Pompidou. Easily walkable to Seine about 20 mins.

Our sheets and towels were not changed daily; or not regularly. Sometimes the cleaning was good, sometimes not so. Very inconsistent, probably because of the strikes? or maybe depending on the available cleaning personnel.

Great location for the things i wanted to do in Paris. Staff all friendly, chatty and helpful. The bed was comfortable, shower was good, room size okay. Check in and out simple. Lots of eating places nearby. Room was quiet and easy access on ground floor. Was cheaper than most hotels in this part of Paris. Breakfast is simple and while it can be had cheaper in some local cafes the coffee is never ending so provides value for money if you like several cups in the morning. Great and enjoyable stay

As 2 twenty year old girls we felt extremely safe in the hotel. Staff were lovely and always helpful with restaurant recommendations. Metro was only a 3 minute walk away and close enough metro commute to all monuments so definitely recommend to get an unlimited metro card for however many days you’re staying but don’t fall for the “the machines broke so i’ll just give you a ticket for cash” people, they’re fake tickets. Just go to another machine and you can turn the language to English. Room was cleaned each day which was good. Would 100% recommend.

Clean and cozy. Staff was very very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place anytime.

The bed was a bit hard and no window blinds, only curtains. We stayed on the first floor so we constantly had our curtains pulled so no one could see inside. This made the room dark and we had to use lights even though the sun was shining outside. However this is complaining on a very high level, everything was perfect.

The room was basic, but was comfortable and clean, which is all we really wanted after a days sight-seeing in Paris, we just wanted a basic room to sleep in. It was well located near good transport and eateries.

The stairs going to the room curved around and were narrow-stepped in places. This could prove an issue with people with large luggage are not fully mobile.

Our family room (no 22) and bathroom were really spacious, which was a surprise for the centre of Paris. We were well away from the road at the back of the hotel which meant that even with the window open the room was quiet at night. It was also very cool even when it was 25+ degrees during the day and we had a fan too. The staff were super friendly and the location (a short walk from the metro) meant we could get anywhere we wanted to quickly. Many things however are just a short walk away. A brilliant hotel for the centre of Paris...I highly recommend it.

The only downside was that on a couple of occasions people (often staff) smoked in the courtyard and the smoke came into our room through the window. If they could make the courtyard smoke free that would be great.

Staff were very friendly, location is great with restaurants and many establishments around, seems to be recently renovated and the bed in room 19 was comfortable. They have fridge, stove and any basic item to cook your meal or storage your food. Overall great place for Parisian standart x price cost.

The room 19 was rather small and you can hear quite well people on the corridor, when they flush their toilets, open their tabs, take showers, close doors loudly, speaking/watching TV in the room next door and the constant police/ambulance sirens even with closed windows. The room is not soundproof, under the ceiling and not well ventilated.
