I loved everything about our stay here! This hotel is a true gem in 10th arr. The hotel looks nicely renovated, up to date with all the appliances, it’s modern, very clean and has unique ambiance. Staff working there couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. Anything we asked for, nothing was a problem. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! Our beds were very comfortable, all appliances working, spacious bathroom, hot shower working perfectly, very good soap and lotions provided by the hotel. Spacious elevator always a plus! We really enjoyed staying here! Convenient location close to train station and Boullion Julien restaurant! I also appreciated very much good French tea and coffee machine in our room. All those little things that make people happy were there without asking! Excellent management! Thank you for making our family feel welcomed!

I regret not trying their breakfast. It smelled so good on the morning of our departure.

It is clean. The bed is comfortable. We stayed in high floor, It's quiet. They provided a slipper. They offered welcome drinks and snacks.The hotel locates between two metros. From one metro, there are many young guys hanging out day and nights. From the other metro, it feels safer. The hotel locates in a not bad district. Actually, it's ok and a comfortable hotel.

The room is small, it is normal in Paris. The price is quite high, but I come Xmas period. The elevator is so small. Only one person plus a baby push chair is already full for elevator0.

Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was our first time in Paris. Upon check-in, staff at the desk explained the metro system to us. The nearest stop was a 3 minute walk from the hotel, so the location is good. My room was clean and a decent size for 2 people considering the hotels location. I stayed for one night and it was perfect.

We did not book breakfast initially, but added it to our stay when we checked in for 17e per person. Poor selection for the price.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Extremely cute and unique decor. Had an extremely clean bathtub and nice bathrobe for when you get out. Super clean room.

Our bed was 2 beds pushed together and they kept sliding apart. It would be nice if there was some way to fasten them together so they don't keep sliding.

Very central location near to the metro. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The first night we were given an attic room with out a window that opens and it felt quite claustrophobic. I asked the reception if we can change and they gave us another room the following day. One of the ladies at the check in counter was a bit rude with us - I found her quite aggressive and unwilling to help. Everyone else was very kind.

What a fabulous concept! Books, pictures, paintings and drawings, reproductions of letters, even the favourite beverage of the poet Rimbaud - abstinthe - is available to try. This hotel is a haven of tranquillity in a very intense, artsy neighbourhood near the Porte St. Denis, and the decor meticulously reflects the Rimbaud theme. What fun to sit down with a book of his poems, and have a drink in the bar/breakfast room. We didn't know what to expect when booking a Best Western, but this is nothing like the North American chain. It's very original. The multilingual staff were cordial and helpful and steered us to a good restaurant - The Flo (Floderer) in a nearby courtyard. We had a great stay - the beds were especially comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. We were given a large room with a fridge and complimentary water and other beverages. There was an espresso (capsule) coffee maker in the room too! They called a taxi for us and it came early - very efficient.

Our room was too perfumed. If you dislike scented rooms, do mention it at the time of booking. We were also on the ground floor and could not open the window because the cafes in the alley behind the hotel spill out on to the street at night and people were sitting right next to the window. It was quiet, though - we slept very well indeed. And it's air conditioned - modern a/c. It's a lovely hotel; a haven in a neighbourhood that is bursting with life.

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful! Made us feel very welcome before we even got there as they sent a list of recommendations for restaurants (this was really great as I'm gluten intolerant) Comfortable bed, very clean room! Close to 2 metro stations so easy to get where you want to go!

They are small rooms but for a place to rest your head after a long day of site seeing this ismt really an issue!

The hotel was unique because it was a bit like a library and a museum honoring a French poet. We had a lovely spacious room with special accommodations for people with disabilities and the staff was kind enough to ensure that we could check in early after our Eurostar train arrived from London. The location is very close to the Gare du Nord. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and breakfast was fantastic! The staff were so helpful in every way! We were only sorry we only booked one night en route to the Loire Valley. We will be back next trip to Paris!

The staff are very friendly and provided soya milk for breakfast to accommodate my dietary requirements. They also let me use the wifi and work in the reception/breakfast area before check in and after check out. The room was very comfortable, clean and modern.
