We were very happy with the staff (friendly, smiling) and with the room. We only needed the room to sleep and were out the rest of the time; for this purpose, the room was perfect. Good, firm mattress. The room had a nice, modern interior with ample floor space, a desk and a closet to hang clothes etc. Everything looked clean and new.

We'd like to suggest to the hotel to place a device for boiling water, two cups and some sugar and milk so that guests can have a refreshment when waking up or when returning to the room after a busy day (or night). This shouldn't be a very costly investment and would greatly increase the overall experience.

Quaint, welcoming and homely, staff obliging and pleasant. Conveniently located near metro and eateries and places of interest. Great shower.. Circular, spiral, staircase. Lovely old world feel with timber buttresses on ceiling and small windows which open to street.

With no lift you have to carry luggage up the stairs, I was glad I travelled light as on 5th floor. The small street in which it is located is a thoroughfare at night. Some young men from adjoining properties talking loudly into the night in the street. Breakfast extra.

hotel location is so comfortable if you are visiting Paris and you want to travel in budget and be in center.

The hotel itself was excellent. I was hesitant to book it after reading some negative reviews, but I certainly don't regret it- we had a great stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adorable. It was spacious enough, staff was really nice and helpful. Worth it's money, but is far from luxurious if that's what you're after. The neighborhood is sketchy, but the location is central and convenient for moving around the city.

If you're looking for a neat, clean, calm and quiet neighborhood, this is not the place for you to stay. Prepare for random clumps of hair on the street and mostly African habitants.

The host are very friendly. And very helpful. They showed us how to get to all the best places. And the best restaurants. They have 24 hours reception. Very comfortable room.

Excellent scenic location in the heart of the theatre district. Lots of lively bars and restUrants. Very friendly staff. Very quiet street.

Decor was a bit bland.

Great value for money. Room was bigger than we expected and it had everything we needed for our stay. Great location being so close to the train station and just off a busy street with lots of restaurant options
