Beautiful boutique hotel located next to the St Severin Catholic Church in a leafy street within the Latin Quarter. The rooms were wonderful - the nicest rooms we’ve ever had in Paris. Beautiful big sunny rooms with windows that open or air conditioning, whichever you prefer. Super comfortable beds and everything spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast, includes bacon and eggs in addition to what you’d normally expect for breakfast in France. 5 minutes walk to the left bank of the Seine, 10 minutes to Notre Dame and Isle St Louis.

Everything was perfect for us.

No spot cleaned hotel. Very good location close to all the restaurants in latin quarter but just around the corner where is quite and peaceful. The view is very nice. The team is friendly. You can see the hotel been renovated recently. Metro station is 4 mins in every direction.

The socket in the room didn’t work but we managed without it without telling to the stuff. The room is there are not enough sockets in general to charge the phone next to bed. The room is small and won’t be comfortable if you come not just to sleep. But this is very regular for old Paris buildings.

Exceptionally lovely hotel, with super comfy beds and a wonderful breakfast buffet with many choices from eggs, sausage, bacon to fruit to delicious pastries and yogurts, cereals and cheeses & meats. The location can't be beat - a quiet side street in a neighborhood that is the true heart of Paris with Notre Dame just across the Seine. But best of all is the staff! Carolina and Romane at the front desk went above and beyond in helping us with everything from arranging a taxi to the airport (and adjusting our request as our plans changed at the last minute) to locating a pharmacy, and so much more. We highly recommend this hotel which treats its guests with TLC and a friendliness that is so rare these days. 10 stars!!!

Nothing! This was a hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way.

We were in a top room with a terrace and it was stunning - 180 degree views of the local area, with the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The room was very large and light. The beds were very comfortable. The location is great and even though it's close to busy areas it was very quiet. There was some building work nearby but Paris has that everywhere. We loved the hotel. Breakfast was really good too.

The lift is tiny, which makes it hard with luggage. And the rooms sometimes weren't changed until right at the end of the day, after we returned from a day out.

A very pleasant stay at this hotel. Very conveniently located in paris, close to the metro and famous landmarks. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff ladies were so sweet and courteous. One of the highlights were the staff. Jean Sebastian was always attentive and polite, he really went above and beyond. Romana and Carol were also very friendly and accommodating. The "man with no name" gave some great travel and metro tips. The rooms were renovated and well cleaned. We loved the availability of coffee and croissants throughout the day. Thanks for our stay we hope to be back!

This is my second time to stay this hotel and this hotel never betray your expectations. Even quite late at night check-in, the staff members have welcome atmosphere, anytime during the day always comfortable and clean. Everything is not too pushy but not too less, this hotel has a very perfect balance of everything.

This is not this hotel's fault, but there was a road construction in front of the hotel during my stay and the noise from the construction machine was a bit annoying quite early in the morning. BUT it is not the fault of the hotel so please do not count my 'what I did not like'.

Quiet, charm, convenient location, unpretentious and terrific staff. Very helpful and charming. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on.

Only the shower. The shower in the bath is always a problem for older people, getting out especially, but the bath we had was particularly small and difficult to turn round or bend in. I am not sure what can be done except to replace the bath with a walk-in shower. The shower itself was excellent and easy to use, unlike some.

Fantastic location: very central, really close to Metros and many restaurants and bars but reasonably quiet at hotel itself. Room (superior double) was ok size, particularly for Paris. Very comfortable hotel. Staff were very helpful and informative and one young woman in particular (sorry, can't remember her name) went way above and beyond on our last day with complex travel problem we had. Outstanding service.

Other than great staff and comfort, the hotel has limited facilities for the price (which is, of course, as extortionate as the rest of central Paris). The bar is a big minibar in the lounge and the breakfast looked a bit limited (I did not have the breakfast as this seems to be either a moneymaker or something hotels in Paris would just rather not do these days) There are many breakfast options close by.

It’s the absolute perfect location in Paris! I’d 100% stay at this hotel again because of the location alone. The view was amazing from our room on the 6th floor. It’s a cute hotel. The breakfast is great! Amazing French pancakes and espresso. Very quiet, quaint, cute boutique hotel right next to a gorgeous gothic Church! Just a short walking distance to Notre Dame as well as many other wonderful places to see and so much to do!

The beds weren’t comfortable. The bedding wasn’t soft or good quality. The hotel is great but they need new and softer, bigger and better beds. The wall paper in the room is an ugly blue and outdated and so is the bedding. I think the rooms of this hotel need to be remodeled. For me, the location alone and the view is good enough for me to choose this hotel again however, I pray they remodel their rooms and purchase new better quality beds, sheets, blankets, etc.

I first stayed at the Parc Saint Severin hotel back in 1987 and for professional reasons I stayed there nearly once a week for the following 8 years. I always found there a very friendly and caring hospitality. And then change of jobs I hardly went back to Paris and it has been over 10 years that I haven’t used this wonderful hotel and their staff. So last time I spent a leisure week-end in Paris I went back to my old favorite hotel and found the quality and if the staff had of course changed since then, they give you the old friendly welcome, thanks to Carolina and Ludovic, and specially the smiling Bernadette that serves you an very nice breakfasts. And last and not least, despite being situated in one of the busiest Paris “arrondissment” this hotel remains a very peaceful place.
