This hotel was in a fantastic location for staying in Paris a few days - very close to the metro, plus loads of shops and restaurants in the area. The room we had had a little balcony which was nice, and the bed was comfy.

The room (especially the bathroom!) was pretty warm and even the room fan only helped so much!

Rooms are too small, when your neighbors speak or take shower it seems that they are in your room. There were no sockets near the bed so for recharging your mobile you have to put them far from the bed and cannot use the mobile when you are in the bed. We have requested twin beds but the room was so small that the twin beds were put close to each other so it was not twin beds in reality but a double bed.

Initially entering our room, we were surprised by the smell of freshness. We have found the location in an actual tactical spot, very close to a very good bakery, a grocery shop, a pharmacy, bistros, pubs and anything you need but mainly unbelievably close to the metro leading straight to the Tour Eiffel in just 30min and every 4 minutes. And also the hotel staff was very polite and friendly.

Breackfast too expensive compared to a bakery and in our room the bath silicon was mouldy

The most important - the room was really cleaned and it was cleaned perfectly cleaned during the stay. Thanks to the Genius 3 program we got a room upgrade, so the comfort room was really spacious(I have been in several hotels in Paris, and the room was enormous compared to others). A couple of minutes walk to the metro station, ligne 9 which goes not very far from essential touristic places. We didn't take the breakfast option so, can add nothing to that topic.

Nothing important to mention. Maybe some minor point as the bath equipment seemed a bit old and worn out.

Very comfortable bed / pillows and the pressure of the water in the shower is very good. The hotel is very near to the Metro Station and bus stops and has bars and restaurants, a small city supermarket, bakery and other food stores within a minutes walk.

As mentioned in other reviews the shower in our room was small and the glass partition door makes for a small entrance. It was also raised off the floor level by approx 15'' so getting in and out could be difficult for some guests. Electrical sockets are only available just above the floor level so if you have a mobility issue, getting down on your hands and knees might be an issue.

The hotel was perfectly acceptable for its price point. I stayed there for 12 nights in a row. The hotel was pleasant, quiet, clean, very near to Charrone Metro station, grocery stores, bread stores, fruit shops, laundromats, etc. Staff was very pleasant; they remembered my name right away. As I entered the street door every evening, the desk clerk automatically got my key and handed it to me with a pleasant greeting.

Everything was fine.

The property isn’t near to any major attractions but well connected with line 9 just less than 100 meters which takes you to Eiffel Tower in 15 mins. The hotel is well surrounded with cafes, supermarket, pharmacy and many restaurants. Staff are kind. Daily cleaning must appreciated. Bedside heater and comfy blankets kept us warm. After checkout staff offered us to leave our luggage.

initially in our room, ceiling bulbs were exposed, had a clogged sink and broker shower tube. the very next morning we explained the situation, the staff took care of those before our return and we enjoyed our remaining stay. lacking mini fridge in the room and having only one power outlet bedside felt us bit uncontrollable. Every morning we found maintenance bags in front of the elevator door which isn’t nice.

I really likes the location of the hotel. It is very central with a lot of bakeries and restaurants/bars near by. The staff was really helpful and they were cleaning the room every day. We had with us a person on a wheelchair and our room had 2 bathrooms, which was very convenient.

There wasn't something that we didn't like regarding our stay. I would say that maybe the only problem was the sound isolation of the rooms. We could hear a bit the people staying in the next room, when they would shower or get in the room.

Did not try breakfast at the hotel. Location was near Metro Station, so that was good. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeper did nice job for us every day. Plenty of hot water for showering. Beds had very comfortable mattresses and hotel was quiet at night so good night’s sleep every night.

Extra hook or two to hang up towels would be appreciated. Shower stall was quite small, but manageable.

This is a little gem of a hotel with 24 hour desk service and in a convenient location for Metro, shops and bars. The staff were always welcoming, the room cleaned daily and the attention to detail outstanding: good lighting for reading in bed, fluffy white towels, hot showers, lights over bathroom, a soothing, purring fan and glasses and stylish bodum mugs not plastic cups to drink from.

There was nothing to dislike!
