The room was very clean and modern with all the needed basics (bed, safe, small desk and chair, water boiler, small refrigerator, clean bathroom). The bed was large and very comfortable and the bathroom seemed to have been renovated not too long ago, as it was very clean and modern. The breakfast was very good, with lots of different kinds of fresh bread and pastries, fresh juices, fruit, etc. Everyone we met at the hotel was really friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was fantastic - we were able to get around to basically everywhere we wanted to go with just the closest metro line (metro #9 from the Voltaire station) and walking.

The room was indeed tiny, but we were expecting it to be small (since it is Paris!). It was a bit of a surprise that the door didn't even fit fully open, though, and I'm glad we didn't have large luggage because there wouldn't have been enough floor space to open it up. The shower went back and forth in temperature, going from very cold to very hot, but the water pressure was good and the bathroom was very clean and tidy.

Great location! Not too much to the center of the city, and there is a metro station right around the corner. We got the bigger room, and it was wide and comfortable. Same with the bathroom, and especially the tub and the shower. Very friendly staff. The inside design is beautiful too.

Shower temperature usually goes between a little hotter to a little colder than what you want, but it didn't ruin my showers.

Great location near the Bastille filled with bars and restaurants round the corner. good breakfast and lovely staff. Voltaire metro over the road so great for travelling.

Breakfast room doesn’t have much natural light and can be busy if you pick the wrong times (although hotel warn you). Room was ok but bathroom could have done with a little tlc/repainting and would be nice if the hotel had onsite bar.

Comfortable hotel in good location close to the metro. Didn't try the breakfast but kettle and tea/coffee available in the room.

No aircon was available as they turn it off seasonally. However, it was exceptionally warm in October so we had to have the window open for ventilation as otherwise it was much too hot and stuffy, so it was very noisy from the street traffic.

Room size was great for prime location in Paris. Expected to be small but was a good size. Bathroom was unusually big, but good if someone needs a big bathroom space. Location was excellent, just besides metro station and hotels etc. Staff was very friendly. especially charlie who was at the front desk,

Not much, it was all as expected. Don't expect a big lobby or a big buffet area or any common facilities. Its an oldish building converted into an hotel. so expect the facilities to be such. But room size was big. Breakfast options was limited, so avoid, but there are good options just outside. Recommend to visit the cafe **** (something) Voltaire , just opposite the hotel. They had great breakfast and other meal options. and the service was excellent. Ask for Emma, she was very nice and helpful.

We had a room that faced the inner courtyard so it was quiet and we were able to sleep with the window open. The bed was comfy and the cleaning of the room was decent.

The carpet in the room was a bit old and tired. I think the room could do with a bit of a spruce up. We were lucky we could sleep with window open but if on the road side this would not be possible and even though we visited in the middle of April the hotel did not have the air conditioning turned on - this felt pretty stingy as it was warm. Its a pet peeve of mine to advertise a hotel as having airconditioning when you cant use it.

The location is great, literally a 30 second walk from the metro, and a nice view and balcony on our room. It was clean, the staff were nice and everything was great.

Only thing was that breakfast finished serving at 10 on the weekdays while we were there. It's a central Europe thing to finish breakfast somewhat early, we were tired and ended up missing it all except one of the days to lie-in so if you don't like getting up early getting breakfast included might not be a great idea as we didn't end up having it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is also very good, with a subway station right in front and many nice restaurants around.

For a 4 star hotel, it really lacks on many things...we got the privilege room which was super standard and not much bigger than average rooms. Also, I know it's a small detail, but they had the cheapest toilet paper you can find...

This was a great fin in Paris - the room was big enough for 2 adults, a kid and the dog to stay comfortably. The double windows completely kept the noise out, big bathroom, all super clean! On top of everything, Nuxe amenities, which was a surprise. Location is great, just few meters from a metro stop, and 15 min walk from the Marais.

The common areas are quite outdated, so it looks like the hotel is old - and its a pity, as once inside the room, we were very pleased.

Soundproof windows which cancelled quite good the street noise as the room was facing the street. Our room was a triple one with a very large bathroom, quite nice. Room cleanliness. Silent minibar fridge.

Room size a bit small but acceptable being in Paris. Pillows too voluminous, not comfortable.
