Lovely hotel with a nice bistro/bar downstairs. Very close to the Canal St Martin with many great bars and restaurants. Spacious room compared to many in Paris, comfortable bed and a good breakfast. Small details were taken care of by friendly staff - complimentary drinks on arrival because it was our wedding anniversary, L’Occitane toiletries, umbrellas to borrow and happy to swap out the coffee pod machine for a kettle because we wanted hot water for tea - they could not have been more helpful. Would definitely go back.

Nothing really

Staff is so helpful and great service. Location is also just next to North station so you can find supermarkets, restaurants, bakery or small stores, everything!

The location is a bit far from the major tourist attractions. I was traveling with my mother in her 70s and my sister who had an injury, so the metro was difficult for them and we depended on taxis and ubers. The metro is a walkable distance though. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. Cleaning staff kept the place nicely stocked and clean daily. The restaurant downstairs was extremely convenient and served excellent meals. The area is okay but probably not the Paris first time visitors are expecting to see. There's not many shops and restaurants in the area. There's no elevator and the spiral staircase, especially if you're on the top floor, can be difficult for elderly or injured or out of shape people lol.

The area is not filled with shops and restaurants, and is a bit off the tourist sites in Paris a first time visitor wants to see.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Robinet d'Or during my visit to Paris, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and impeccable hospitality. The hotel's charm is immediately apparent, with its stylish and thoughtfully decorated interiors that seamlessly blend modern elegance with classic Parisian flair. What struck me most was the cleanliness that was maintained throughout the hotel, from the lobby to the room. It added an extra layer of comfort, assuring me that my well-being was a top priority. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. Their seamless service and helpfulness were evident without being intrusive, creating a perfect balance that allowed for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The location of the hotel is good, situated in a quaint neighbourhood that offers a peaceful escape from the bustling city center while still being conveniently close to major attractions. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious, yet authentic, stay - I can't wait for my next visit to Paris, and Le Robinet d'Or will undoubtedly be my accommodation of choice.

Very pleasant & helpful staff, especially at check in. Breakfast good though cold options were better than the hot choice & would have like option to have fresh cooked eggs & a decent coffee, especially since the bar was manned. Very nice rooms & great showers but room sizes do vary. Good location, nicer/cleaner & 12 min walk to Gare du nord.

It does say that there is no lift & while the staff are more than happy to carry your luggage to your room etc it is worth noting that the stairs are not easy if you have any mobility issues. We requested a 1st floor room due to a recent knee injury but were on the top floor, so was a slow gingerly walk down the stairs everyday. Also while we were a couple & booked the reservations, they put our single colleague in the bigger room!

The staff was absolutely lovely, cosy rooms with black out blinds and close to the train stations Great restaurant for lunch and dinner downstairs

Breakfast isn’t worth the £15 so better to skip it and get something block away in a nice cafe. Extra disappointing as their lunch and dinner food is great Rooms a bit tight so suitable probably for a carry on luggage only

Our stay was great, comfortable and the location is quite good as well. Fodil was very helpful and cheerful and helped us with everything. Went out of his way to even help us with our train tickets when we were facing an issue. Breakfast was basic but did the job. Small rooms but comfortable. The beds were made everyday but the floor was not cleaned everyday for some reason. The restaurant at the hotel was very good with excellent food and great cocktails! All in all it was a great stay!

Staff were pleasant and helpful (thank you Amokrane). Helped us practice our French which needed a lot of help. Very close to Gare Du Nord which was helpful as we had an early train on our departure. Restaurant was above our expectations, food was excellent and a great value. We ate outdoors (still Covid wary) but seating indoors was plentiful. Room had big windows that opened inward and you could lean out the window and people watch. Our room faced the public school on a quiet street one block from the Canal St Martin. We always take the stairs where ever we are, hotels, airport, stores, metro; the lack of a lift was not an issue. We pack a carry on bag only so we carried our own bag up two floors despite the receptions offer to take our bags up the stairs. Loved the spiral staircase. Loved the neighborhood, residential, so there was a fish market, boulangeries, plenty of restaurants which seemed full of locals. People hanging out on the canal with wine, beer etc.

Towel rack warmer temperature control did not work, stuck on high heat and the shut off timer did not work. Small item, so small I forgot to bring it to their attention. Just had to operate it manually which was not a problem.

A beautiful little boutique hotel tucked away in a safe Paris neighborhood within walking distance of Gare de l'Est. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Anything we requested they responded to immediately. The executive suite room(s) we had was beautiful. Our kids were comfortable on the pull out coach and extra bed provided. The hotel's restaurant which dominates the main floor was popular with locals.

One of the reasons we picked this room was for the kitchenette so we could eat/prep some meals on-site (three teenagers!). The kitchen had the bare minimum of supplies and lacked items like bowls, a wine opener, spatula, etc. The front desk would bring you anything you requested so it was only a minor hassle.

Comfy bed, pillows and bedding. Also, you could open the window.

First impression was poor. Checked in late person working the desk didn't offer to carry bags or show us the room. On entering the room, the bedside wall lamp was taped to the wall. On completing the check in survey, they explained the handy man has repaired the lamp and forgot to remove the tape. I had to listen to an explanation of how the building is protected and they couldn't put in a lift. Also, that the lamp was original. All of this was beside the point. Perhaps, the staff need to travel more as it's similar in London.
