Location-wise this is a perfect short walk away from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, which makes it perfect for dumping items and going to explore the city straightaway. As we visited during a hot weekend, we were pleased with the comfort of the room which gave a good sized bathroom and double bed, plus fully functioning air conditioning. The cleanliness was of a good standard and you are not too far a walk from bars, restaurants and other amenities. Furthermore, you are a stone's throw from a number of Metro points which makes it an extremely accessible part of the city.

With such close proximity to Gare de l'Est, it was difficult to get a perfectly sound night's sleep as our room overlooked the tracks. Trains run frequently in the night which is the main source of noise. Unfortunately, my partner is a light sleeper so even the ear plugs provided by the hotel did little to cancel out this noise. There are other reviews that indicated this was the case so we can call it fair warning. In terms of neighbourhood, you don't hear much noise from people from the street.

I booked it for the location - near Gare du Nord. I didn't know the area very well but it is good for transport as there are buses from Gare de l'est direct to Notre Dame (no 38). Also the area itself is quite interesting and the Canal St Martin to the east of the hotel and easy walking distance from the hotel was a revelation. The hotel is clean and comfortable and has a delightful little courtyard. Our only issue was the size of the towels which left little to the imagination.

Difficult to say (apart from towels). We had air conditioning but I am not sure if all rooms do - it might be worth checking.

the room was good and provided with the needed amenities. The bed was comfortable, the room had a coffee machine and a kettle for tea — free of charge. The staff members were attentive and helpful. The communication through the Booking app chat was fast.

The location is not the best if you travel alone late during the day. I did not feel safe walking towards the property after sunset (not much street light, lonely and sketchy area). The other down side is that because the place is right next to the train station, it is quite noisy 24-h. At night can be problematic to sleep but at least the provide hear plugs to mitigate the noise.

we got an upgrade which was lovely, great location, good room size! Tele was good, good coffee amenities and enjoyable stay

we had to exchange some towels as the ones we had were dirty, I think some attention to cleanliness and detail in the bathroom could improve

There wasn't much we didn't like. Location is perfect, close to Gare du Nord which makes it easy to access the airport. Far enough from Central Paris you avoid the chaos but so close to every other metro station you can travel where you like when you like. Staff were extremely friendly and even gave us a room with a nice view of The Basilica of Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre in the distance. Bed was comfortable and spacious. The room itself was nice and clean and not too much noise from the other rooms. Staying during 36° weather the AC was a god send! Made the room freezing and made it extremely comfortable to sleep in. Would stay here again.

The room and bathroom were very small. The shower was tiny and it was a tight fit, you'd often hit the temperature control when you'd turn. With every other positive it really is only a nitpick dislike.

Reasonably priced hotel in great location - next to two major train stations and underground lines. The staff was helpful and kind and the rooms were comfortable. Next time in Paris I would stay here again

The bathroom was very small but could be used with no problem

Although our room had a lovely door to open to the outside it was not much of a view. The room is comfy and clean and had air conditioning which was extremely welcome in the heat. The breakfast was a nice surprise but best of all is the super friendly staff and great service. The hotel is located close to three different stations that gives you easy access to most of the major metro routes to explore the city and all the tourist areas. The hotel provided ear plugs for noise, but it was not needed at all as the room was (although on the street and close to the track) surprisingly quite.

It took me a while to get use to the location, and there is no parking available, only at the train station.

I like how they allocated my room just exactly outside where i can see the bridge. It was a lovely sight though no greeneries 😁. I like that it was cleaned everyday. Lots of lighting which is also a plus. They also have this machine where i can buy water and some snacks if i needed to especially in the evening. The reception was very helpful and assist as much as possible. People are very nice.👍👌 Room was clean which is very important for my sleep. Bed was also very nice and soft. They also change the bath towels and floor mats daily. Nearby restaurants is there and is quite nearby as well to Gare de Nord if you are planning to travel via train. Overall it is worth the price and will do visit back hopefully soon.

Would prefer that they have this notice if i decided to refuse to clean the room. The bathroom kind of smells even being cleaned daily i think this is because it was a closed space and no ventillation inside(might be airfresheners can be added). It was a little far from metro station especially if you have luggage to bring (but if no luggage it was okay as a 5minutes brisk walk isnt so bad :) Another was the walls are quite thin because you can hear daily when someone is nearby or someone was cleaning the rooms.

It was clean, proper, safe, and a very reasonable price. It was a 5 minute walk to Gare du Nord, and the walk wasn't really sketchy. I am a woman travelling alone, and this hit the perfect balance of clean, well priced, and safe. This is also walking distance to canal st Martin and all its cool bars/restaurants.

The shower/bathroom were tiny, even by European standards. I couldn't sit straight on the toilet easily because my legs were so close to the wall.

on entrance, the man that checked us in was extremely welcoming and kind. He made us feel right at home straight away, and explained lots to us. We checked in late due to our flight time, but was still welcomed with smiles. The room is everything you need for a short stay in Paris, couldn’t ask for anything more. The reviews saying the rooms/bathrooms are small clearly don’t understand that Paris is just like that, everywhere you go will have small bathrooms etc. The room was clean and tidy, the heating was on when we went in on arrival and I couldn’t be happier to have it on! Loads of coffee shops near by, bolts/Ubers are right on your doorstep. The walk into city centre is beautiful, maybe long for some but was great to see shops/restaurants you wouldn’t normally find from taking a taxi.

Be careful later at night, homelessness is quite an issue in some areas in Paris, would recommend getting taxis/Ubers/bolts then.
