The location is perfect. close to the champ de Mars and eiffel tower. 1 min from a metro. The staff is great, always accommodating and smiling. the room and bathroom are very clean and crisp.

the only minus but at the same time coherent with the price is the size of the room . it is too small for a double room. we barely could fit 2 suitcases. So better for a single person or people traveling light.

A great location close to the Paris metro, the station is just 50-100 metres away. The Eiffel Tower is within easy reach, it's about a 30-minute walk. Location is the biggest plus here, there's a McDonald's just round the corner, and a Franprix (a small supermarket) across the main street, with several restaurants within easy walking distance. Loved the newly refurbished room and a window you can actually open. The staff were friendly and welcoming, you can have breakfast downstairs, although we did not try it.

I would have preferred the room to be a bit larger, especially the bathroom was cramped. For a big, tall guy the shower was coffin-sized, but the within the bounds of the walls, the guy who designed the rooms really did miracles as he/she managed to fit everything in there. If you're normal person size, you'll manage fine. I would have appreciated if the hotel would entrust the guests with teaspoons, as they're handy accessory, especially if you have a coffee machine in the hotel. The wooden stirring thingies are pretty much worthless.

In a really great location, literally steps away from 3 metro lines and 10 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower. Situated in a lovely neighbourhood, with many restaurants, bars and cafes (even a McDonald’s which opens till late) all within 5 mins walk - alongside a supermarket and various bakeries. Well appointed and decorated hotel / rooms - clearly a period building, but one that is very well cared for. The rooms feel bright, spacious and modern and were spotlessly clean. Sheets / towels changed daily. Modern bathroom with a good, hot shower (our room had a bath too, which was very gratefully received). Wifi was good and fast enough to stream. Staff were friendly and professional - Particularly Emma - who went the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable stay, and who prepared our room for a special occasion - thank you!

The only slight minor points were the rooms were warm and there was no air-conditioning - a fan would be ample!

This hotel is really great - I stumbled upon it when I was in need of a place to stay and for Paris, and the location, the price is excellent. My room was spacious, extremely clean and there were coffee making facilities in the room! There were lots of little touches that really made this place an excellent choice for the budget! The location is also brilliant, it’s steps away from a metro station which is served by three lines so I was wherever I wanted within 20 mins! The staff on the front desk were delightful and couldn’t have been more helpful. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and would come back in a flash!

I enjoyed so much the location, the place and the attention of the team. They are very kind and always paying attention and answering your questions or doubts. So, I will for sure return to Lilas Blanc!

It is important to tell the clients that the money blocked for your stay, apart of the payment at the arrival, will be delivered 14 days after you leave the place. So, that information is important to give it to the clients before they get there or, at least, when the full payment is done at the arrival.

amazing location only about a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower . there is a metro station at the end of the street . spacious bathroom , incredibly friendly and helpful staff ! beds were comfortable and room was spacious considering for Paris.

The only air con provided was a little plug in one that didn’t do much unfortunately we just let our window open a tiny bit and that worked fine . but something to be mindful of if travelling in much warmer weather.

The location was pretty good and close to many iconic locations. Although the room was not big, it offered a solid range of areas to sleep, wash and eat. The added breakfast for 10 euros was also solid.

Some staff aren't as friendly as others. The cramped space did create movement issues at times for two. The lack of aircon meant windows and doors had to remain open, and even with sleeping with the door closed, noise from other rooms was annoying

Lovely place, friendly personnel, we really enjoyed our stay there. It's location, with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to the metro is also a plus point. If you're looking for a quiet place yet want to be close to everything in Paris, this is the place for you. We booked our stay for 2 nights on an offer and decided to extend it for 3 more nights paying full price. Guess that sums up how much we loved it... Highly recommend!

Great location and good value for money. Staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Rooms are kind of small without any cupboards. We were with just two backpacks and once we unpacked it was difficult storing our clothes. Since I didn’t see an airco, I assume it will be tough on hot days.

The staff is really welcoming and friendly, the breakfast is nice and the location is just perfect! The metro station has the elevator, easy to move the luggage. There is also a grocery market just under the overpass, where you could buy many local food and have a taste of Paris.

Even there is no air-con, just open the windows and you should be fine. Yet, maybe during summer season, would better to have a fan.
