This was my second time at this hotel, the view of the Arc de Triomphe from the room was amazing as I watched the fireworks on New Years Eve from my bedroom balcony. The location of the hotel is great and its closeness to the Champs-Élysées and the metro station is epic. The breakfast variety, freshness of the food and taste were all amazing. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel itself, of the room and of the bathroom and the comfort were all great. I would go there again anytime I travel to Paris and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wishes to travel to Paris and i would recommend it even more to couples. My only negative comment is that the room was too small during this stay and during my previous one.

Everything was marvelous and i enjoyed my stay to the maximum. However, the room was too small.

The reason for our stay was for a Mum and Daughter trip, and we had the best time ever! Paris is wonderful with lots to see, and the location of this hotel really helped as we were so near to the Champs Elysee, buses, metro, and even a taxi rank nearby. The rooms were bigger than we expected, and spotlessly clean. In fact the whole hotel is well looked after. The staff were really helpful and accommodating, ordering us taxis and offering advice on where to go. The breakfast was plentiful and a yummy start to our days. There are a number of reasonable priced restaurants and cafes in the area. YES, I would certainly recommend this hotel.

The area seemed a tad unkept and not as pristine as the areas around the Eiffel Tower, but there were some road works in the area at the time of our stay (no effect on our stay at this hotel though). I think it would have been nice if there had been a small bar area in the hotel to get a nice coffee or glass of wine when you returned in the evening, but there are plenty of cafes near by.

A lovely hotel in a quiet area, but still within reach of lots of amenities. Really comfortable beds, nicely furnished with lots of little extra touches like bath robes, free water, kettle etc which are less usual in Paris. Good selection at the self service breakfast, although at 20 euros that should be the case. Friendly helpful staff.

Disappointed by the complete lack of view from our supposedly superior room, which had been listed as having a view of the Arc de Triomphe. It looked out onto the back walls of surrounding buildings!

Amazing place to stay in Paris! The location of the hotel is great, it is close to the Champs-Élysées avenue and metro station! A few minute walk to Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro that can take you right up to the Disneyland park's gates. An 8mins. walk to Arch de Triomphe. We were actually able to see it from our window, it's amazing! The hotel is really within reach of every facility you could want, near to many restaurants and cafes. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially XUE in the reception. Our room is clean and very comfortable with fridge in the room. Continental breakfast is good. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wishes to travel to Paris!

We have stayed at this hotel for the first time. We asked for quite room, and received one very quite. The location of the hotel is excellent, the team are very helpful and nice. The room was very clean, the bathroom is very comfortable and so was the bed.

The room is very small, and the water stream at the shower is quite low. Small issue - I have mentioned to the hotel that I arrive to celebrate my birthday, and expected to have some welcome surprise in the room, but disappointed :(

I highly recommend this hotel. It was near a metro, cafés and restaurants. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and assisted us with questions. Breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations and the coffee was delicious. Very safe area to walk in even after dark. I stayed in a basic room with a balcony and loved it. Fridge in room and kettle for tea and a coffee maker. Heated towel rack and shower and enough room for 2 adults. Have laundry machine in basement for free. Thank you for an amazing stay!

It was our anniversary(15th) and no congratulations despite them being aware. Also no face cloths.

The location was perfect and it was amazing value for money. The room was very clean, with new bed sheets and towels every day.

The temperature of the shower was very temperamental. It would go boiling hot one second and freezing cold the next. Very hard to control.

Great location close to an entrance to the metro and Champs Elysees with a perfect room that meet all our needs. The bed and bathroom were big and made our stay very comfortable.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were very helpful and genuinely nice people. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and due to the size of the hotel there were no issues with seats/ queuing. The location was exceptional with supermarkets and restaurants close by and a metro a few yards away. The rooms were beautiful, a good size with beautiful sash windows. We could log on to Netflixa / youtube and there are numerous channels with a fantastic film choice of all genres!! I will book this hotel again !! ..... forgot to mention the complimetary bath robes and slippers / mints !
