too short bed, no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, shower leaking (missing glass wall), inappropriate first impression of the hotel: the receptionist (Giulia?) clearly not wearing a bra under a semi-transparent polo shirt

The hotel was very good. It is just across from the railway station, about 2 minutes walk. The hotel was very clean and pleasingly quiet for its location so close to a busy road . Very good breakfast facilities and really well priced with plenty of options available. The shower was fine although quite small if you are a big person it will be a tight fit. The bed is small, only double, however it was comfy. At the time of check we were early however we were able to check in early. This was really appreciated. The star of the show was Anna who was brilliant with her lovely manner and thorough advice on the hotel facilities, better than any other hotel that we have stayed in. Top marks to her

A complete lack of space for our luggage. Apart from a rack to hang our jackets we were unable to unpack our bags and we only travel with our 7kg carry on bags not with large suitcases. A lack of towel rails to hang wet towels after a shower is also another negative. There is a card in the bathroom advising people to place their towels on the floor if they wanted them to be changed and to hang them up for reuse. This is to help the environment but with nowhere to hang them this is not possible. The hotel actions don't align with their statements. Please do better and find a way to provide some facilities to dry our towels and unpack our luggage.

Great location, clean facilities, easy check-in, friendly staff, and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was reasonably good. Not that much variety but it has almost everything you could wish for. I enjoyed the free hot juice, coffee, tea, cookies, and chocolates during our stay. This was a great gesture from the hotel. We loved it.

The room was a bit too small for us. There was a lady in the breakfast reception/coffee area who did not understand a word of English and it made it a bit difficult to communicate, she did not understand the room number, nor my request to heat up my milk. My recommendation to the hotel managers would be to ensure minimum English communication for the other employees who are not front desk reception ones.

The hotel as its own look and feel with art and pictures. We really loved the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpfull in all of our questions and can speak English really well. We liked the breakfast with a good variety of options. Our favorite was the sauna and sports room we could use privately. This really was the icing on the cake for us. You can play music there, read books and make use of the sauna, toilet and shower.

The rooms are big enough, but (as often with French hotels) they were not super spaceous. Also the collection of toiletries that was mentioned during the booking was limited to a body wash /shampoo combo. (But not a problem for us as we brought our own.) There's no coffee/tea in the room, but there's good coffee next to the reception to use freely.

Short walk to the train station! Air conditioning worked. I enjoyed the free coffee and tea offered all day long in the dining area. I didn't request breakfast and I loved the bakery next door. There is a Carrefour City store around the corner.

My room was dark even during the day time. A min fridge would've been nice to have. There is only one elevator so it could get busy during the check out hours. The room and the bed was smaller than I expected but works for one person. Oddly, there were stairs (only 3-4 steps as I recall) in the narrow hall way on my floor so had to watch out by not walking too fast before the automatic lights turn on and lift my luggage when checking in and out.

This 3-star hotel is punching well above it's weight and outshines most 4-star hotels I've stayed in. It exudes an atmosphere of calm, intimacy and luxury. For €10 i upgraded to a medium room with a bath, which was wonderful. I love this hotel and it will be the highlight of my European trip use.

That it is so far from Australia so, given my advanced years, i may never visit again Note that it has no kettle or fridge but this is trivial compared to the comfort of the hotel. Also, you could access coffee/tea making facilities 24 hrs in the lovely area off the foyer.

The breakfast was tasty. Personally, as a vegan, I would appreciate plant based yoghurts, but there was soy milk at the drinks bar - so no problem in the end. What I missed though were simple oat flakes - there was only the baked müslli available. Otherwise, everything was super - especially the possibility of a free consumption of coffee and tea anytime during the day. The hotel is located opposite the train station and from there you can easily walk to the historical center. The hotel staff was really friendly and we have not encountered any problems. I can only recommend the hotel. Thank you!

Literally a two minute walk to the train station but not noisy. It was spotless and the all day coffee and snacks was a great touch. Thomas at the front desk was lovely, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. We walked around the corner to see the Old Town with shops, restaurants and a short walk to the Cathedral. Definitely recommend and we would return?

Excellent location next to the train station and an easy walk to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center and see the main attractions. The hotel has great WiFi, comfortable beds, good A/C, and good pressure in the shower. Staff is friendly.

The rooms are a bit small. You can hear the noise from the street below (but it's not that loud). The fitness center is nothing special, and you have to request a special key from the front desk every time to use it.

- near the train station so you don’t have to lug a heavy luggage far (3-5 mins walk) - 12 mins walk from place klebur and lots to see along the way there! it’s basically convenient :) - The hotel had a nice touch into making guest feel welcome with their free coffee/tea and croissants/pain au chocolat/sweets - Small fitness center with a sauna :) - room is sufficiently big enough for up to 3 travelers and bed is comfy

-there’s no kettle to boil hot water and no bottled water but that can be resolved with the free tea and coffee in the dining area downstairs. Tap water is drinkable in France too!
