The hotel is amazing! Very clean, polite and sweet staff, always smiling and helping with everything, location is perfect 3 minutes from the city center. The room was clean, nice, beds were comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. Good and tasty breakfast. As a coffee lover I enjoyed Cappuccino with chocolate in a coffee machine while having a breakfast, it was really delicious. If you come by car, you will get a discount card for parking (the parking place is about 6 minutes on foot) Opposite the reception there is a waiting area with sockets, tables and free tea and coffee, as well as chocolates, which is a nice bonus. I really liked my stay here, and will definitely recommend it. 10 out of 10. Excellent!

Since we were three adults, I would have liked to have had a small bedside table with a lamp for a third person, so that I can read in the evening)

Victoria is a perfect match of price and quality! I never take luxury hotels no matter whether business trip or a leisure. It was not my first stay at Victoria. It met my expectations this time too. WiFi was excellent! hot water was good! Bed was comfy! what else is needed? the location is convenient! within 100 meters from the railway station and within 5 minutes walk from Petit France (historic area of Strasbourg).

Great location! Every main attraction managed to reach by walk: train station, cathedral, Little France, etc. Even European Parliament if you follow the river/channel. Else bus H goes directly there from train station. Restaurants, cafes, all worth vist places are near. Comfortable room, with good size bed, TV and nice bathroom. As it is pure in the city center be aware of the street noise, but ear plugs are waiting for you in the room :) Very pleasant stay.

There was nothing I can complain about.

The location is perfect, very close to the main eailway station, lots of restaurants to choose from that are just outside if the hotel,and the staff are excellent, they are all very nice. Attractions are within walking distance too.

There is no elevator from 4th to 5th floor, but they already disclosed that on their website, so I was not surprised.

Fantastic location. Great service - I asked for a room accessable by stairs so the hotel staff organised a first floor room for us. The room was available to check in before 4pm which was great as we arrived by train and were able to go straight to our room to get ready to go out. The staff told us about the things to do in Strasbourg.

The bunk beds were a little shaky and the bathroom is very small but overall great value for money.

I arrived earlier and was allowed early check-in. I needed an iron and an iPhone charger they gave me. And also, when I left, I asked for a late checkout, which was also accepted. The room was cosy and in yellow colours that I loved very much. Everything was clean. I'm very thankful for the helpful and friendly staff.

The air conditioner could not be set to more than 22 degrees Celsius. Sometimes I needed more, but I didn't ask to do something with it. It is always an issue with 3-star hotels in Franse that there are no slippers and a kettle for making tea and coffee, which I wished to have very much. Also, I didn't ask the staff about it))

Very conveniently located hotel, within easy flat walking distance from railway station. Very good breakfast in compact dining room on ground floor. Friendly staff interaction. Noisy street at rear of hotel, but good sound insulation from double glazed windows. Air conditioner worked well.

Room was smaller than expected, especially the toilet. However, it was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was very good. Location is great and in a safe area.

Room is very small. AC was a bit noisy. Need to leave the key when leaving the hotel. It is a basic hotel (but very clean and functional) for a disproportionate price (Christmas Markets season).

The location was only about a block from the main train station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The private bathroom had hot water and great water pressure. The WiFi was very fast and easy to join. The included breakfast was decent with an amazing on demand coffee maker.

There wasn't really a great place to set my suitcase within the room.

Hotel has been recently refurbished and has a nice look. My room was lovely, clean, and had a French Balcony overlooking the pedestrian street that the hotel is on. Yet, the room was very quiet, I did not hear a thing when sleeping with the window closed. AC worked excellent. I had a single room, it was big, the biggest single room I ever stayed in, with a nice layout. Located is great, 300 meters from the train station, 40 meters to a supermarket, 100 meters to a McDonald's, opposite McDonald's is a nice Cafe, and a few restaurants within 50 meters. Walking distance to the main tourist attractions, and a Tram stop is only 150 meters. Easy to find, just walk straight out the main entrance of the train station onto the main walk way and it is on the right side after McDonald's.
