Location is excellent, just in front of the central train/bus station and in 10-15min walking distance to the city centre. Room for 4pax was quite good (comparing to the same hotel room in Luxembourg, where we were always bumping into each other). We asked for a kettle and an iron, and receptionist provided us with them without any problem😊 Wifi is 👍 Hotel was offereing early takeaway breakfast for those checking out before scheduled breakfast time , and since we were checking out at 5 a.m, we used this option (3eur per pax which included a cup of coffee, a cup of juice and 2 croissants or 2 pains au chocolat). Our brekafast was ready when we were checking out, and croissants were hot and delicious😌

The restroom door doesn't close 🤔 1 chair only in 4pax room😒 And we didn't like coffee at early breakfast option, it was more like hot water with a coffee flavour🤔

The hotel is right across the way from the train station so it was a very convenient place to stay as it was also about a 5 minute walk into the heart of Strasbourg so overall the location was terrific! This is the first time I have ever stayed in an Ibis hotel and with the word “budget” in the name, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The rooms remind me of dorm rooms including the bare minimum. These rooms were quite spacious, extremely clean, comfortable and provided an incredible view of the Gare right outside our window and in the evening, that view is spectacular (we were on the 5th floor if I’m remembering correctly)! They had a great system to hold our luggage after we checked out of our rooms so we could continue exploring the city before our next train. We had a 3 euro breakfast on one of the mornings that came with a small-ish croissant, pan de chocolat, juice and hot drink. Super convenient and a nice portion, especially for that price! Tons of places to eat from affordable to more expensive meals (heck, there’s a McD’s one building away). The staff was helpful and friendly and this was overall a terrific experience.

The staff was a bit short-handed during checkin/checkout times and with the lobby being a smaller size, those time frames seemed chaotic. But I’m saying that, the staff that was there was phenomenal doing what they could as fast and efficient as they could.

The shower was warm but weak and leaked a little, no parking on site but they offer discounted parking at near by car park which was extremely hard to find, with the added pressure of one way system ended up taking us an extra half an hour to find and get into car park. Breakfast was very chaotic because of the size of the dining room. However, staggered sittings would easily resolve this.

The hotel is directly opposite the main train station, so, very convenient for train travel, and only a short walk from the historic part of the city so very well positioned for tourists to the old town. While it was not luxury accommodations, it was a great value for the money and nice and clean as well. Breakfast was a good, if not outstanding, and more than adequate for the price. The breakfast room was a little cramped, but kept clean and the food was quite tasty. We would return to this hotel if we visited Strasbourg again.

The only real downside to the hotel was that the parking was nearly 300m away along with no place to even stop your car in front of the hotel to check in. The parking garage was supposed to honour a reduced price voucher from the hotel, but on the day of our arrival, the automated kiosk did not honour the voucher and now I have to deal with the city having returned home. Kinda not happy with that, but it's only indirectly related to the hotel.

Super simple and with small spaces, but everything was looking nice and well taken care of. Location is excellent, very very close to the old city center. The neighborhood is good, not really like most train stations neighborhoods in other cities. I felt perfectly comfortable walking out and back to the hotel at night. Also I wasn’t bothered with any outside noises (winter, windows closed). Bed is comfortable, shower is good. Breakfast is very good.

The family room for our friend group of 4 was spacious and better value than the hostel beds in town. Was also convenient for coming to/from the train station. They stored our luggage for us free of charge for half the day.

It was right across from the train station which was convenient at some points, but pretty loud and a good 15-20 min walk to the prettier parts of town.

Excellent location across plaza from railway station. Outstanding wide city views from my room across to station. Quite a feature of modern fit to purpose architecture over an magnificent heritage station. No noise from other rooms. And expected city life noise from window. No issue Welcoming efficient reception staff Room standard functional no frill budget room. Clean Wifi super fast and stable

Prices seemed high but I guess that is the market for here Minor but bed soft to sit on but felt very hard to sleep on. Probably fine for most folk

Cute hotel for a great price. The beds are very comfortable and the air condition was amazing! Entire staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was only 8 euros! Awesome!

Only negative was that the parking ticket that we received from the front desk to lower the parking cost from 25 euros to 15 euros did not work when we exited the facility.

We recently spent two nights at this Hotel which is really well placed for Strasbourg Station, being just across the road from the Hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean and our bed was comfortable and bigger than the double size advertised. Breakfast was a good continental and all in all for what we paid it was very good value.

The room was perfect for 5 of us. Easy to walk into the centre of Strasbourg.

We were driving and parking was a real challenge as we had a large car with a roof box. Fortunately we parked on the road and it was free as it was a Sunday. Had it have been any other day of the week, parking would have been a fortune.
