Everything and rooms were beautiful. Great location near the station.

The male receptionist who was very rude to me. Unacceptable. He yelled snd me, was unprofessional and very superior.

No place to unpack clothes. We stayed 2 nights. Not even an end table with drawers, just a slab.

We travelled to and from Strasbourg via train. This location is perfect! There is a whole row of hotels near the train which is ideal if you have an early start or want to do a day trip to Colmar. While it’s close to the train it’s still an easy 10 - 15 minute walking distance into old town. Le Petite France is also very close. Clean and modern hotel which has been recently renovated. Comfortable size room and bathroom. Enrique was excellent and helped with restaurant recommendations. We were also gifted local cookies which was a nice touch!

We would have liked the tea / coffee stocked up in the room. Milk would also have been an added bonus. The hotel is modern so does not have the cute warm Christmassy charm but it does mean it has nice modern bathrooms!

Location is perfect if you're traveled by train, especially if you're planning a day trip to Colmar.

The breakfast was just alright with the price paid. There was only one waitress who had taken care of the restaurant during breakfast hours. The room was recently fully renovated, and it was modern, but the storage was not very user-friendly even for a seasoned traveler. ( There were no shelves to keep toilette bags & small garmet cubes close by the bathroom for easy access. ) I have been to Best Western 4stars+ property in Paris, the room was smaller, but they did a much better job on traveler storage needs & access.

We had a great stay here! It is directly in front of the train station, which we were grateful to not have to lug our suitcases all the way through town and it was easy for the day trip we took to Colmar. The room and beds were comfortable and clean. We loved that they provided us with robes as well. It does take about 10 minutes to reach Place Kebler (middle-ish of town), but we didn't mind the walk as there was lots to see at Christmas time! There was also an amazing bakery very close to the hotel that we had breakfast at every morning on our way into town!

We were on the backside of the hotel and there was a lot of construction noise that start at 8 am every day of our stay. The construction site was literal directly outside our window.

Perfectly located opposite the station and a short walk from the city centre. Modern, renovated rooms with a good shower and a comfortable bed. Room was available before standard check in time and bag storage on check out was seamless. Invoice had all the details I needed listed first time.

The restaurant, Brasserie K, only has one vegetarian option which isn’t very appetising “plate of vegetables” and no vegan options at all. The breakfast doesn’t have allergens labelled so it’s hard to know what contains dairy, plus no margarine provided or plant milk available for coffee.

Hotel des Vosges is a great place to stay. Its location is on the big train station square. You find a paying car parking lot around the corner. Our room was sumptuous although rather small but the bath room part was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, buffeted in the stylish hotel brasserie.

As said, the room was small. 1 meter extra width and length would have made the room perfect. Strangely the cappuccino made by the coffee machine tasted a little cardboard-like. Stick to the regular coffee, way better.

It is located right opposite the train station, a 2-minute walk away. Despite its small size, the hotel is clean and cozy. There is not much space in the room, but the bathroom is surprisingly large. Nighttime, the main entrance is locked and you have to bell the door. This makes me feel safe.

The only disappointment for me is breakfast with a very limited choice, and the cafe isn't very good either. The windows cannot be opened like at home, and the glass is covered with a white matte film, so you can't see outside at all.

Very good location next to the station. The staff were friendly and helpful, taking care of my luggage on the day of my departure. The bedroom was cosy and comfortable, the shower was powerful, and everything seemed really clean.

The shower unit was poorly designed, with the floor of the shower sitting higher than the bathroom floor, meaning that water splashed out of the shower all over the bathroom floor.

with exception of the gentleman at the reception who was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable- the other ladies were not. though they did help when asked, they don’t give eye contact or ask if you need help despite the fact you are waiting in front of the reception desk looking at them for the past 10 minutes and they were not helping anyone else the amenities could be improved given it’s a 4 star hotel. there were no slippers, no other toiletries other than the hand soap and shampoo and body soap. I put a do not disturb sign at the door and when I came back from the day the room was serviced.
