The location is super convenient if you are to take trains daily, also is not far from Petit France. The room was spacious, specially the bathroom. The shower, hair dryer and air conditioning all worked perfect. All was always spotless clean. The bed was very comfortable and there were not noises at night so I could sleep very well. The elevator, though small, was running without problems too. The staff is not overly friendly, but speaks English and is helpful.

The hotel is fully functional, but shows signs of being a bit run down already with painting cracks in some places, old furniture in the room (the bathroom looked renovated, though), carpets not in the best shape in the halls, and humidity in the bathroom roof. They should invest on these particulars soon. Specially the hotel entrance looks old. Nevertheless, all works perfectly well and is very comfortable. Some more sockets in the room would be welcomed! The breakfast was not in my favourite list.

My husband and I traveled for a weekend to celebrate my birthday. We were pleasantly surprised when we got an early check in. The room was spacious and clean. The small balcony was highly appreciated. The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. And the staffs were friendly and accommodating. I would 100% recommended the hotel for a short stay.

The walls/ceilings are super thin. On our second day a couple either checked into the next room or upstairs but we could hear them as clearly and loudly as if they were in our room. It was so clear that my husband and I spent the last day of the stay being outside all day and then spent the last few hours whispering. I would still give 10 points because the stay was comfortable and we only had to put up with the people talking for few hours.

Location by the train station is very practical; the bed was comfortable; the room was well soundproofed - considering the hotel's central location, the room itself was very quiet

It was frustrating to have a desk with an opening for a mini fridge, but for there to be no fridge. The shower at its hottest was not quite hot enough. The curtains didn't quite cover the entire window, letting in light around the edges

Staff at the reception was very nice. I could leave my luggage even before the room was ready and the lady made me feel very welcome. The room exceeded my expectations since others that have stayed at Bristol previously have not been too happy with it. I found it to be nice, quiet and warm, and the bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows (both soft and harder ones). I wish I ate breakfast since the smell of coffee and croissants was just lovely as I was leaving :)

Wifi did not work at the time I was there, but I understand they are working on it.

This is the first time for me to write a hotel review, because the service and comfortable environment here touched me. Whether it is the service here, or the price, hotel environment, cleanliness, comfort level is perfect. Because we missed the train, we could not check in to the hotel as scheduled. When we sent the request of rescheduling to the manager, although it was very late, manager gave us a positive reply and did not charge any extra fee, which was the most touching thing for me during this journey. When we arrived at the hotel, the decor and beds were so comfortable that the hotel really paid off！！！

The location was excellent, across the square from the station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. I am not a big breakfast eater but I enjoyed mine.

Only one criticism, the fittings and carpet looked as they had been fitted by me at my very best but not by a a professional.

Everything was perfect I travelled 6 cities in 3 countries in 7 days, stayed in 5 hotels , out of these this was the best , everything was perfect

The Spätzle I had in Le petit france were not like the homemade ones my grandmother used to make , nothing to do with the hotel Everything was perfect in the hotel

-it’s very close to the station, so it’s very convenient for short trips. -very close to many restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets… -the hotel was clean and the room was bright. -everything was working fine (air conditioner, hot water, elevator)

-I have to say, the bed was not super comfy, but maybe it’s just a matter of preference…

The location of the property is amazing. It's very close to main railway station and walking distance to all the sightseeing places. The reception staff was very nice.

They didn't provide tea / coffee maker in the room and also dental and shaving kit.

The location was excellent, easy access to the center and from the train. A nice and clean hotel and polite staff.

A bit noise from the street, but that also not that much. Also the floor was squeeking when the tenants from the room above were walking, but again not to an annoying point
