Location and hotel was nice. It was a little noisy, there were a lot of partypeople in front of the hotel. But oke

I forgot my business suit (a jacket) in the closet from the room I stayed in. I contacted the hotel a day after. They said they have found my jacket and that they would keep my jacket so I could pick it up when I would be around (2 weeks later). When I arrived 2 weeks later, they said they couldn't help me and that they haven't found my jacket. The store does not match what they first said. They didn't even let me speak only said they couldn't help me and say I could send an e-mail.

Hotel is ok, located across the central station and about 200 meters from the old town island. Little France is around the corner and worth a visit at several daylight variants. Right next to it there's a supermarket and some restaurants. Rooms had a TV and air conditioner, breakfast was available for 11€ (September 2023) per person and it's a good breakfast, with very nice options. I'd definitely recommend it, cheeses, hams, eggs, breads, yogurts, cereals, coffee on demand, etc. Staff was always very friendly. Our view over the central station plaza was very beautiful. Tram can be found about 200 meters away.

Parking is only available at a local parking house about 350 meters away. You can get a discount ticket down to 15€ a day, which reduced our stay from 55€ to 45€, not the best but of course welcome. There were a few more spiderwebs (and the one or two spiders) than what I would have liked, although all the rest was always very clean.

Friendly staff, no extra charge for pets (dogs), toiletries offered. I was positively surprised. The bathroom is small but very functional, it has everything one might need. Very close to the train station!

There are some steps to get from the sidewalk into the building, so it's also hard if you're carrying heavy luggage. But it's really just a few steps, so nothing major. The corridor and room doors are kind of heavy, it's hard to keep the heavy doors open while moving around with luggage (and a small dog!). Some other guests were loud at some point in the night, and the rooms are not really soundproof (so it seems), so I woke up when that happened. Also, the street is loud; however, the room is air-conditioned, so again not a major issue, in my view. Despite these minor problems, I would still recommend it!

Perfect central location, opposite the train station. Close to the old town, supermarkets, restaurants. The internet was fast when it worked (didn't work the first day), the staff was very nice and approachable. The room was clean, quiet, beds were comfy and the bathroom clean. The AC worked ok. There was also coffee & tea available in the room. We were able to check in earlier than the expected 2pm.

Internet didn't work the first day (but worked fine the next). The bathroom door was see through, not a big problem but it may be inconvenient at times. As expected in the city centre, the hotel is in a relatively old building with a very narrow staircase and small elevator, 2 people max at a time.

location was superb, very close to the train station and walking distance to main attractions. bakeries and grocery shops next to it. staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were very spacious, bed very comfy. the stairs to upper floors were narrow but we always used the elevator, it was very convenient.

almost nothing, in general it was very good. they could put aome slippers to the rooms, and the wc was a seperate room from the bathroom, but had no sink, everytime we had to go to the bath to clean hands. room only heated via ac and sometimes were a bit chilly but not a big problem

- bed was great - location couldn’t be better - lift (although a bit slow and tight) - cleanliness of bath - mirrors - internet - check out at noon

- just a glass sliding door for the bathroom, so privacy while being on the toilet is decreased - parking voucher for 11€ per 24h only available if you stay more than 24 hours in the parking!!! (We paid 19,70€ instead at Indigo Woodli instead, albeit the hotel mentioning private parking and a voucher) and since we were only staying for one night they didn’t give us the voucher - little stain on the cushion - when we came back from a bar at 1am, the Portier firstly signalised that we can’t enter (assuming we were just looking for a last minute room for the night) but eventually let us in, since we had keys, which felt really weird

Great location. 2 minutes to train station and 10 minute walk to the must see attractions. Cafes, restaurants, fast food, supermarket all within 1-2 minutes walk. Double room was a good size for the 3 nights and very clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Loved the aircon. Breakfast is 11 euro pp. Traditional French breakfast. The staff very very friendly and helpful.

The wifi was patchy for a short time on 1 of the 3 nights we were there. Otherwise no issues.

Location and view are amazing, the mattress is very comfortable, staff are friendly, luggage storage, value for money compare to other near by properties.

General cleanliness of our room wasn’t a top quality (few cobwebs/spiders above windows, shower screen/sealant stained, finger prints still visible from previous guests on windows). The shower room sliding door, although frosted, doesn’t provide complete privacy. As much as these issues didn’t hamper our stay really, they may affected others’.

Impeccably clean. The hot water was hot, the shower facilities easy to use.

One small glitch -- it's a hotel where you leave the room key w/ reception. So you must pay attention that the room key is the same as your assigned room number, otherwise there could be some confusion. I failed to pay attention to that, and there was some confusion, which was easily dealt with.
