Great little hotel in an excellent location. Friendly & helpful staff at the 24hr reception made us feel safe & secure. The bedroom & shower were both clean & adequate for our needs. Our room on the 2nd floor was very quiet, even overlooking the road there was no noise. The free air con was a godsend & so was the lift. They even looked after our bags for most of our day of departure. 10/10 for service.

Room a little small.

The hotel is in an excellent location… in the city center, near the public transportation (the subway and busses are 3 minutes away), a 10 minute walk from the train station. The facilities are modern, it’s clean, the bed is comfortable, double windowpanes (I wasn’t bothered by the noise in the street) the AC works well. My room had a lot of space so it was accessible for someone in a wheelchair (ramp, elevator and shower), the breakfast was good (a croissant, two slices of a baguette, coffee, tea, juice…). The staff is friendly and helpful.

All very good, staff were very polite and helpful, especially the gentleman who checked us in on the Thursday evening, great personality and very, very helpful.

Room was a little smaller than expected but suitable for our needs and the bathroom was a lovely size, the room was exceptionally clean. Could have done with maybe a small kettle (but this may be due to Covid). Finally the lock on the door took some working out especially after a couple of drinks next door in The Melting Pot.

Good location to walk and your Toulouse, extremely close to the food hall. Paired underground car park was 10 minute walk away but option to drop our bags before parking.

the room and the bathroom was quite big and fit for purpose. but what topped it off was the welcoming and helpful staff, both during the day and at evening. so 24 he reception was really impressive for us.

Centrally located hotel surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. Rooms are a little small but extremely clean. Definitely recommend this hotel as it’s a good price compared to other hotels in Toulouse.

Such an exceptional hotel, especially for the money. I'd not think twice about staying here again. My friend and I had 2 different rooms on different floors and both were spotless.

There was nothing bad about this place, it was superb.

Staff were very helpful. Location was excellent.

First visit we were on the second floor facing the street so had noise from the pub downstairs and the streetlight shone straight in the room. The second time we were on the 7th floor and it was great.

Unfortunately we were kept awake for a large part of the night by a couple arguing and fighting next door from Saturday night into early Sunday morning. This was a shame as well as worrying and we had a disrupted night and lack of sleep as a result.
