Located close to the busiest street, view on bus station, well connected to the airport (shuttle just behind the corner), noisy but the room was quiet.

receptionists have to manage 10 other things (like sorting incoming clean towels and linen, or breakfast) and do not really have the time to be receptionists.

Really comfortable bed, clean, great location

We arrived at Le Clocher de Rodez via taxi from the airport. Don't be alarmed if the meter shows a fixed fare from the start of your journey - this is normal from the airport. The taxi fare was 35 euros plus a 5 euro supplement. Also be aware that some airport taxis don't have credit card facilities so have some cash handy however, there is also an airport shuttle bus that stops right outside of the hotel which is cheaper. We stayed at Le Clocher de Rodez twice due to its close proximity to the train station (an easy walk with a suitcase). We stayed in room 121 first and then 218 next time. Both rooms were very spacious with spacious bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable with large beds. Room 121 was an inside facing room so was very quiet whilst 218 faced the street and caught a lot of late night street noise however, it did have internal doors that could be closed to reduce the noise. The television settings can be adjusted to different languages. The location is excellent - very close to the main street and within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Many bars, restaurants and shops close by. There is a small night market right next door which is handy. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Maps were freely available at the front desk.

We were fine with it but there wasn't a safe in the room.

The room faced the back rather than the street, was quiet and the bed very comfortable. There is an elevator. The breakfast buffet was huge, with lots of choices. The hotel is in easy walking distance to Saint-Sernin, the Place du Capitole, and the historic part of the city. The airport bus stops on the corner. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The name implies that it's next to the train station, but it's several blocks away. If you have luggage, you'll need to take a taxi. (Not expensive.) The shower is in a bathtub and you need to take a large step to get into and out of it. There are no handholds to help you do so.

The value can't be beat. It's a little funky, but the location is perfect for seeing the lovely old part of the city--the cathedral, the central square, the markets and shops. Bus station right across the street; the free shuttle that goes around the city also stops right in front of the hotel. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. There was no request that was not met with a smile and good cheer. All of the amenities were good: comfortable bed, hot shower and bath.

Not a luxury stay, a little funky with a circuitous path to the room, but worked just fine for me. The value for the money is what made this stay pleasant.

Excellent location; easy walk from the train station and the airport bus leaves just around the corner, max 2 minutes walk + near the old town and many attractions. It is a simple and basic three-star hotel, no frills and no surprises one way or the other, but good value for money.

A bit more attention and/or proactivity of staff at breakfast would be good - the coffee machine stopped working in the most busy time and it took a while to get anyone to come and look. Things could run out and no replacement was forthcoming, at least not soon.

The location and the fact that I could check in at about 1 pm instead of 3 pm as it was 42 degrees outside and I had arrived from Moissac after a very tiring pilgrimage on the Via Podiensis in the heat. The room was good value for France with everything I needed including aircon and a good bathroom. It was quiet too. The stop for the airport bus was just around the corner from the hotel and a small supermarket across the street. Bed very comfy. Super white sheets and towels.

The fact that I paid the tax on the day of arrival and the next morning during check-out another receptionist wanted me to pay tax for a second time. Apparently the other receptionist had not taken it down on the computer. I told them and I hope they will not deduct it from my credit card again now.

The location was great! In front of the bus station and centrally located … walking distance to Toulouse Matabiau train station and near to the shopping street and restaurants ..The airport shuttle bus stops literally just a few steps away from the hotel.From Toulouse airport… the 3rd stop is just few steps to the hotel.

Excellent location, within walking distance to all of the things one wants to see of Tolouse. Friendly staff. Not super varied breakfast but still very good. It's on a sort of busy street which can be noisy but the double windows really take care of this problem.

We could easily hear other rooms, particularly the one above us everytime they were walking around. There are no sockets next to the bed or nightstands, only by the table, and I believe this to be essential even if just a detail.

Located right in front of the Jeanne d'Arc metro station and extremely close to the airport shuttle bus stop. Walking distance to Capitole Square and Victor Hugo Marché. No problems with dining and shopping. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The building is old and the floor is warped and makes noise every time you walk on it. If you only spend time at the hotel to sleep, you won't mind.
