Great location and very convenient to visit major attractions in the city with walking distance. Room is spacious enough and good value for money. Staff were courteous and spoke good English.

The only minor problem was that I needed to tell reception to get the bathroom cleaned every day - which was what I had requested upon check-in but the femme de ménage seemed to forget every day. Or had she not been instructed properly by the reception?

The location was perfect. It was easy to walk to the river and downtown Toulouse. We were in town for the rugby world cup, and it was easy to take the train from our location to as close to the stadium as possible.

It was unnaturally hot for September. The AC didn't work as well as it should have. We also couldn't open the window without our privacy being compromised because the "balcony" outside connected to another room and then to stairs that went down into the courtyard.

The breakfast was terrific. Fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs, many kinds of bread, yogurt, cheese, meats, bacon and sausage, cereals, and more. The coffee was from a machine and was okay, not great. But everything else was top notch. Staff were very friendly and helpful with the two small issues I had in my room. Response was immediate, and problems were solved quickly.

Room was too small for a king size bed, but i only used the room to sleep in, so it wasn’t an issue.

Staff are friendly & helpful. The Wi-Fi was easily accessable and the room facilities were good. I did not have breakfast. There were hangers in the wardrobe (I had business attire so that was really helpful). I would stay there again.

Hard to say. There was nothing that jarred with me. I would like the rooms to be bigger - but that is like saying I would like the rate to be cheaper!

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Perfect location in the heart, short walk to everything. Breakfast was good but simple buffet.

Temp control of the room doesn't really work. Staff said system is old/bad. Only hot or cold depending if winter or summer i.e. air con doesn't work in winter, and heating doesn't work in the summer, so when we went in spring the bedrooms were really warm and opening the windows didn't let out enough heat. That was the only negative

Brilliant location with extremely useful underground car parking. Staff were friendly and attentive Room was very clean and tidy Kettle and refrigerator in the room Late check out was available for an additional charge

Room air conditioning was very weak and blowing warm air even at maximum cold setting Only a small cardboard cup supplied for tea/coffee making - a mug would have been much more user-friendly

An excellent location just a few minutes walk from the Le Capitole but still very quiet despite its central location and proximity to bars/restaurants. We had a king sized room which was spacious, clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The in-room facilities were good to include tea/coffee/mini-bar, a plasma TV and a very good hairdryer! The reception staff were exceptional and were always on hand to help with queries in both French and English, they really made us feel looked after and welcomed during our 4-night stay. Overall, this is an excellent hotel providing great value for money and we would highly recommend.

The breakfast included some hot and cold food, however, we personally felt that there wasn’t a lot of choice. The hotel also had a “bar” area but not an actual serviced bar - this would have been a welcomed addition!

Great location for the centre. Located on a quieter street but very close to the centre, and good for trams if you need to get about via those. Personally I walked everywhere, which was very doable.

The room wasn’t too small but I’d have liked a little more space.

staff at reception was waiting for me on late arrival (past midnight) due to flight delay, worrying and trying to contact to me, he was great!! Also staff at breakfast is nice and friendly and very good to maintain place clean and comfortable. breakfast itself was also good.

In every manner this property met with my expectations. Location, room, breakfast and excellent service especially of the reception staff.

They should provide free water bottles every day, not only once during the stay
