Clean, large and extensive amenities for the cost and especially for a hotel in France in that price range. Because of location away from main street traffic, room is exceptionally quiet. Decor is stylish and comfortable.

I had problems unlocking my room with the code issued. Tried multiple times but would not open and with no onsite staff made the situation stressful. Fortunately the cleaning woman was still there and got the door open for me. Would be good to highlight absence of no onsite staff so that anyone booking the room understands that. Should also emphasize that access is via stairs only so that travelers are aware of no lift.

I didn't see it mentioned anywhere, but the rooms are on the first floor (or higher) and there's no elevator, so avoid this hotel if you can't easily climb stairs. And two other things that could be improved for me: the breakfast is delivered at your door every day whether you ask for it or not, which I thought was quite a waste if the clients decide not to take it (but maybe they won't bring it if you clearly specify that you do not want it), and the access codes stop working at 11am sharp so if you don't have the exact same time on your watch (which happened to us) or if you're just a few minutes late, you won't be able to reopen the door. My husband left to put some things in the car and was going to go back to take the rest, but was stuck outside.

A very nice room with a little kitchen and a bonus of a Nespresso machine, breakfast things and they left some gluten free for me. The bed is massive, really nice bathroom, great mirror and super clean.

I stay In a lot of hotels in Toulouse and I do prefer being more near le capitole/place Wilson but I thought I would try this hotel for a change. As a lone woman I did not like the location that much I not t feel comfortable going out at night, its very quiet dark streets. The key codes did not work but the lady on the phone was super helpful and after a few attempts I got in.

Nice modern room, comfortable beds. Hotel was delivering fresh pastry (baguette, croissant and pain au chocolate) every day to the room door early in the morning. The room also had an equipped kitchenette with sink and there was a fridge with fruits and yoghurt. The hotel was next to a school, but it did not matter. Otherwise the surroundings were quiet. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive and cleaning was made daily.

The bathroom had a not-so-fresh smell even if cleaned daily and carefully. Not much space around the toilet. The juice bottles (0.2 l) and mini-marmalades in the fridge were provided, but not originally sealed. It should have been apparently presented that it is so and not as if they were original. There was a narrow and steep staircase to reach the rooms, but it was written in the description. We could not pay on the departure date as the payment terminal was out of order, but it was then promptly solved via a online link later.

Very stylish property. Close to Canal du Midi metro station and not too far from shops and cafes. The area is quiet which was good for sleeping. The bed was very comfortable, water hot and WiFi good. There is a little area with a sink, microwave and fridge. Also a large table to eat or work on. We recommend prebooking the breakfast. It is excellent value and sets you up for the day. Be aware, there are stairs to negotiate but we are in our 70’s with heavy cases and managed fine. Communication by our host was excellent. We were grateful to have a taxi ordered for us on our departure. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We loved the comfort of the room. The huge bed and fire stick tv made it easy for us to relax. The bathroom was luxurious. We wish we could take home the water fall shower! It was kind of the staff to leave us a to-go breakfast. It was the perfect place for a short-term stay.

The location was perfect if you’re stopping over on a bus, but not for traveling through Toulouse. There are not many restaurants or activities in the nearby area. Also, there is not an in-person check-in, so please check your messages before hand!

Am not a great fan of robot hotels (ie those without reception) but this one was pretty good. The highlight was the wonderful and helpful lady who is the duty person, B. Nothing was too much trouble and she even helped with our luggage. The studio was spacious; good wifi; good secure parking (extra); comfortable bed and good shower.

The two flights of narrow stairs were exhausting but a new elevator being installed.

The room was clean, with enough space, a very comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. Very close to the Canal du midi and not too far from the city centre. Super easy check-in and check-out.

Even though we did not choose the breakfast option, we found a croissant and a chocolatine on our door in the morning (and paid for it during check-out).

The room is very comfortable and clean. The location is quite calm, but easily accessible to the city center. You have got some kitchen accessories and a mini bar. Large screen tv. Free wi-fi available. And the breakfast is served fresh to your room every morning, which I find very satisfying. Pastries, fresh bread, jams, orange juice, coffee.. It was a short but a lovely stay for me. Thank you!

Nice location, quite, well refurbished, comfortable. Nice personnel for the cleaning. Nice to have coffee, water, juices available. The system to get access (codes) works well.

A bit of a musty smell when entering the building. I could not feel it in the room (I opened the window). However I could feel it on the smell of my clothes when coming back home.
