Location was excellent. So close to the basilca of St Sernin and some pleasant places to eat. The area was very safe, relaxed and with a wonderful ambience. Room was small, but adequate, very quiet and although not advertised there was a little balcony perfect for one person, with a view of the tower of the basilica. The owners were wonderful, so helpful and interested in their clients. Very much a family business. They were happy to look after luggage after check out time. Very good breakfast.

We had the view of the Bascillica, in the second floor, the tree partially is in the way, but it was still very special to look out and see the beautiful bell tower. The hotel and rooms are small, but comfortable, the breakfast is very nice, traditional European style. The interior decorations are cool and medieval themed

there is an elevator but you have to get your things up one flight of stairs, a common thing, just wanted to mention, wish I’d been prepared.

We had a lovely stay at this friendly little hotel. We loved our light and airy room overlooking the St Sernin Basilica, with a balcony and 2 chairs where you can sit and watch the hubbub below. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful and helped to make us feel warmly welcomed.

Perhaps the paintwork is a little tired in the corridors and on the stairways. But it’s not important as to how much we enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous location in lovely part of town with very convenient and secure car park. Staff all very helpful and friendly and breakfast very good.

The room was a bit on the small side but comfortable with air conditioning - bathroom a bit of a squeeze but all very clean and tidy.

The staff were fabulous, the parking was secure and right across the road, the location was awesome!! Walking distance to everything.

The small double bed we thought was a large, but this was our mistake.

The location on a popular plaza with a very active cafe below makes for a certain amount of noise. Nothing your average urbanite isn't used to, but it could be a problem for others.

Decent price and very clean and well located hotel - with nice touches like aircon and a tasty breakfast. Friendly staff - though simple and basic facilities.

Breakfast room very cozy with soft music and welcoming staff. Excellent location as it is close to centre-ville. Beautiful vue as it gives on St Sernin Cathedral. I truly recommend it to all friends

It is not a significant problem, but better if the elevator starts at ground floor not at first floor

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. It is charming and the staff is extremely helpful. Such a wonderful hotel, I always love to come back here.
