Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Everything is well-presented. The hotel even provided me with some gluten-free options for breakfast (put in an advance request if you require that - it seems to be quite a rare thing in French hotels). The hotel is very well located for Tours centre, the historic centre and places to eat and shop. Despite this the room was quiet and peaceful. I am disabled and we were on the first floor, which was accessible by elevator, so that was ideal. I walk with a stick and think you would have to specifically ask for a wheelchair accessible room if that's what you need. There car park is also accessible by elevator (park on level -1). Almost opposite the hotel is a lovely bookshop, which I highly recommend. We were there to drop off our child at the university and were only two blocks away from their accommodation.

I didn't dislike it but you should know that the carpark access is via a narrow entrance, down a steep slope, with a very tight corner at the bottom of it. It's worth using because parking is secure and convenient but do take care on entrance and exit.

If you drive on the road which is closest to the hotel, it's impossible to enter the parking, it's too tight. Use the parallel road, then it's ok to enter the parking. It would be handy if this information is mentioned somewhere on the website

Comfortable bed; good shower; clean room; good value. Ideally located just outside the busiest part of the city centre but an easy walk back to all the historic attractions and restaurants etc. Parking (for a charge) was available in the hotel's underground car park and this was a welcome bonus.

Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Given how close the hotel is to the rest of the city centre - perhaps grabbing something at a local cafe might be a better idea.

All staff we met at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The family room we booked turned out to be more like a suit with a separate room for the kids with twin beds and a double bed for us in the other room. The toilet and bath room were also separate. It was fantastic

The air conditioner in the room was noisy and the breakfast was very basic, I didn't think the breakfast was value for money.

Spacious 8th floor apartment with good air conditioning in bedroom and a little balcony to the rear. Shower and bathroom were fine. Kitchenette contained a fridge, 2-plate hob, sink, kettle, pots and pans. Apartment was serviced daily. Lift was surprisingly quick. Room was lovely and quiet. We purchased the excellent breakfasts on a couple of days.

Apartment was a little dated. Only one mirror. No coffee machine or washing machine. No bread knife or board.

Great location with lots to see just on the doorstep. The room was spacious and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was lovely with a good choice. Tea tray and kettle provided but I prefer proper cups not a paper one. A spoon would have been useful too as I travel with my own coffee.

The room was modern, nicely decorated, comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, very clean, air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast was great, with varied options. Great location, about 10-15 mins from the old City Centre, and perfect to set base and explore the Loire Valley Castles. Helpful and professional staff, very good English level.

Great place to stay. Our apartment was really comfortable and excellent value for money. Staff on reception were exceptionally helpful - going above and beyond what you'd expect.

An extra mug in the kitchen would have been nice. That's all I can think of!

the apartment had a few things missing to make it work well. no tea towels, dish cloths, dishwasher liquid. kettle had to stay on ground because no power point higher. no toaster. bed very small and not very comfortable.

This hotel really is a gem. The building inside is very impressive and the rooms too are excellent. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Even when the room faces onto the main road, the double glazing keeps the room quiet and sleep is undisturbed. The facilities in the room are again excellent. Breakfast too was very good indeed with a varied choice of top quality product. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All this at a sensible price.
