Fabulous little hotel super close to the train station. Giovani at reception couldn't have been more helpful - a delight. Spacious airy room ... super comfy beds ... spotlessly clean. Easy walk to historic centre. Easy walk to trams. Loved this hotel 💜

There is no lift ... we were on the 2nd floor ... Giovani helped us with our bags which was wonderful. BUT this is not a complaint .... the property is an old manor home - the room size, the little period features more than make up for the little inconvenience of no elevator

The breakfast was amazing. The staff were very kind and helped us organize our train travel (in English). They also accommodated us for a last minute breakfast. Staff went above and beyond for us. The room was very clean.

The room was small but this was expected. Could have used a wash cloth. Unfortunately had to keep our window to the garden closed because the smoke from outside smokers would rise to the room window. Not a huge problem but it did occur - we simply closed the window.

Room was comfortable, but we had asked for air conditioning when we booked and we were led to believe this is what we would get - alas no, although the fan provided did a sterling job. Breakfast was very good, but we discovered we could have had a cooked breakfast for 3 euros less pp down the road. Staff very helpful and friendly.

My husband is 85 and we were on the 2nd floor - 46 steps. There is no lift! Shower is, shall we say compact? Can’t really complain though, as overall this was a good stay and met our needs.

Amazing location, amazing staff, charming place with little backyard. Did not have breakfast there as I had to leave early and only stayed one night.

Your hear everything from the neighbours, not only the upstairs neighbours, but also the next door neighbours, especially each time they use the bathroom (at least in the room I stayed). I understand that the house is old, and the floors are noisy, but the isolation to next door rooms can and should be improved. The doors could also be modernised so they are more noise resistant. If you are not noise sensitive, don't worry, but if you are it is probably not the best location for you to stay.

Amazing location = 3min walk from main train station and 15min walk to main shopping/city centre. Awesome room = has everything you need for a comfy stay and if you need more blankets or assistance with something, they respond within minutes. Staff = super fast, friendly service! Book now, its really nice place, safe, clean.. great value for money.

It is an old building so theres no lifts. Only 3 floors though, good exercise hehe

Its situation - close to station and other places I needed to be. Owner and other staff extremely welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Nice continental breakfast selection too. I appreciated the fan in the room as it was really warm (Tours, not the room so much) when I first arrived.

On a main street, but by looking at the map that was obvious before you got there. You couldn’t hear the street and traffic when the windows were shut, but as the nights were quite warm earplugs were useful. You could hear people in other rooms at times.

I had so many unexpected transportation problems coming to back the city that day and so my arrival was late. In that condition, however, the receptionist was offered his help me with his warmest welcome, he saved my life! I can’t thank Giovani enough for his kindest welcoming! The room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended to stay and relax at this hotel:)

Very nice room. It was large, clean, quiet, and opened to the courtyard. Hard to believe it was so close to the train station. Excellent staff. They let us store our bags after we checked out for the afternoon. There was no AC, but we were given a fan and our room was downstairs and cool enough anyway. There was a large TV.

Open bath might not work if you travel with friends. After flushing the toilet it made a loud sound (going towards the radiator). I was on the 1st floor, facing a busy street, but you could hardly hear it.
