Room was fine even though it is small. Breakfast had limited options but is value for money. The location is close to the train hub and is very useful for arriving there late at night or having an early start. Security is good especially where a key card is necessary to use to lift. A small kettle for coffee / tea making would be helpful.

All of the receptionists were extremely friendly. Kindly, everyone spoke English so we were able to navigate our stay with ease. The location was perfect for us! Towels were provided daily by the lovely staff.
I do wish there was tap water available to drink. The bathroom floor was a bit dirty.

Location is perfect, comfortable bed, good shower, friendly staff, air conditioning is a great plus
The room is on the smallish side, the distance between a bed and a wall is about 50 cm, it took a great effort to pull a small suitcase to the other side of the room. Shower cubicle is about 1m square the most. if your companion is a big person, look for a different hotel

The location and the price of the room. First time visiting Tours and we loved it. There was a vibrant atmosphere in the evening when exploring the city centre. The local kids were friendly and invited our son to play football with them in the park!

The breakfast didn't have too many options, but good value nonetheless. A small fridge in the room would be a nice plus.

Parking is a bit complicated issue...We had hard time finding our dedicated place and entry.Maybe better lighting could help, also, disorder in parking numbers was quite frustrating...

Friendly, helpful staff, who speak English. Breakfast good value. Location walking distance to train station. Controlled garage parking available at a reasonable (additional) rate.
The bed in our room was exceedingly hard. One thin pillow each, need to ask for extras at reception desk. Heating in room couldn't be changed, room a bit cold for my husband.
