On entering the hotel you immediately get the ambience of the place, very warm and inviting also the decoration was in keeping with the building. The staff were very polite and helpful and alway willing to help. The pool and spa was a lovely extra especially when it’s raining.

Thought the breakfast was a bit pricey at €22. Although a great variety to choose from in my opinion I would find it hard to eat €22 worth, maybe an option of half price with a fewer selection. Just a bit disappointed about the quilt which had a very big stain which I only found when I was stripping the bed on morning of leaving.

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, A GREAT BIG AND VERY COMFORTABLE BED. IT WAS VERY QUIET THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT ENSURING A GOOD SLEEP AND THE ROOMS SEEMED TO BE SOUNDPROOFED. THE STAFF WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND EAGER TO PLEASE WITH A GOOD ATTITUDE. IT HAS OLD WORLD CHARM WITH MODERN STANDARDS.

No English speaking TV channels and wifi was weak at times. Breakfast was good but limited and the same every morning which would get boring after a few days.

Classy hotel close to the central station and the city hall (not so much to the old town - that is about 15 min walk). It is nicely renovated with an impressive foyer. Our room was nice and spacious, with a stylish decor. The dinner at the hotel restaurant is a good value for money.

It would have been great to have more vegetables at breakfast. Also, the jacuzzi did not work. But really that is all. We really liked the place.

A beautiful room, with a huge bed. A nice reception area, very friendly and helpful staff, and in a perfect location to explore Tours. I would have given 10 out of 10 if we had been able to park on site but this was not available. We parked in a public car park which is only 100 metres away and we travelled light,, so not too much of a problem for us.

There was nothing I didn't like

The room was spacious and clean, there was a nescaffe machine in it which had a selection of different pods. There was a spa pool and hot tub which were amazing, the breakfast had plenty of choice. The hotel is right in the middle of Tours, its' just what I needed for my trip.

At one point the bowls for the cereal / fruit ran out and it took a little while to get some in. That 's just nit picking really as the hotel was excellent

Soap wrapper on the floor in bathroom, hair in the shower, no sleepers with the bathrobe for spa jacuzzi in sofa did not work, no disk in separate toilet no towel either, no pen and paper in the room, very naif hairdryer

THE ROOM WAS EXCELLENT BUT VERY LIMITED TV IF YOU ARE NOT FRENCH! NOT EVEN AN INTERNATIONAL NETWORK LIKE CNN.

YOU NEED TO INSTALL A MORE MODERN EV CHARGER. IT IS NO LONGER USEFUL TO HAVE THE SAME PLUG FOR A CAR AS YOU WOULD USE TO BOIL THE KETTLE. UPDATE PLEASE.....BUT GREAT TO HAVE A GARAGE FOR PARKING WHEN THE HOTEL IS SO CENTRAL.

Hotel is excellent, it’s a shame the spa was closed on Monday’s and Tuesday so we can’t book and treatment’s put the hotel was in a great position , parking was good too , lovely big room, very comfortable, would have like to have a glass and mugs in the room , not paper cups, but that’s a personal preference

Great location close to a lot restaurants and to the old city center; The reception services high quality

The breakfast - too basic for a 4 stars hotel , the same every breakfast; no variety for more than 1 night stay For 22 euro per person the breakfast needs to be improved signiy

Within easy walking distance of the station on our arrival. Large clean room located near the lifts. Very comfortable bed and generous hanging space for clothes. Separate toilet and large walk-in shower in the bathroom. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Shops and restaurants nearby and old town within easy walking distance.

No complaints about anything to do with the hotel.
