The staff was amazing (Mariana,Tika, and all the team),they speak English properly which help us in the communication part The twin room was nice, the beds were comfortable and the toilet has a Bidet shower which is important also we like the big window especially when it is raining, The location is near to museum, opera theater, metro and also the city tour station (Rose Station) the staff always put slippers, water, shampoo, toothbrush Also, the hotel's main restaurant has an outside setting when I can't sleep I go there to drink a cup of tea and enjoy the street view كتير حبيت الفندق

Honestly I like this hotel a lot

The hotel is nice and clean, rooms are standard with comfy beds and linens. Staff was very nice and friendly. I stayed for two nights. The best feature is location - it's very central opposite of famous Stamba cafe/hotel. A lot of places to eat and bars nearby. Good wifi, a lot of place in the lobby to sit and work if needed.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing: basic buffet (omlette, boiled eggs, sausages, musli/cereal, some vegetables and fruits) and not that big, kind of expected more.

I loved the location and the window view. The room was spacious, and the bed and the bathroom were big. Breakfast is really good and varied.

The smell from the bathroom vent was nasty sometimes, and it seems it can't be fixed as I told the administration twice. A/C works fine but it points to the bed, so if you plan to work from the room, the area with the table next to the window ( and the bathroom ) are not covered by the a/c so you'll have to wait until the whole room warms up.

Simple & new. If you are looking for basic things it is a great hotel. The bed is very comfortable. Room was clean, bathroom was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. We had a budget room so it was a pretty small room but did the work. The location is very good.

checkin morning i messaged the hotel that I will come 3 hours earlier than the regular checkin time and if i could checkin early. They said yes but when I arrived the room wasn't ready yet and I checked in at the regular time. I wish they gave me the true info and said no.

Nice hotel in a central location. I first was given a room facing the busy street, but on request I was moved to a quiet room on the back side. The room was pleasant with well-working A/C, the bed was very comfortable, nice bathroom. I didn't have breakfast, so can't comment.

The room was heated (ca. 25 C, I think) when I entered, but it luckily didn't take long for the A/C to bring it down to a more pleasant temperature.

Great location. Easy check in/out process. Rooms were decent overall, especially for the price. Female staff member was very nice.

Window would not close completely, so outside/city noise was louder than we hope for. The air conditioner in this room was not a strong as the previous room we stayed in. The men at the front desk were not rude, but also not the most friendly/welcoming.

Excellent location - from the "Zemel" you can take walks to the sights of the city. There are cafes, co-working spaces and restaurants near the hotel. The room was warm, the bed was comfortable, the view from the window was wonderful. The staff is very kind, always ready to help.

breakfast starts late, at 9 am. instant coffee is served for breakfast, human coffee is only for extra fee. However, the food is tasty and varied.

Most central location for most of things you could think of when visiting Tbilisi. Lots of places to eat/drink/see around. New hotel facilities that are nice to be at. Helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable bed and pillows. Simple and stylish room design, nice doors colors.

Breakfast could be a bit more diverse, especially when you stay longer than 3 days, but overall always tasty and fresh.

The staff were very kind and friendly. We had several online meeting and needed a stable connection, but our room did not provide this. So we asked the reception and they kindly change our room. They were also very helpful with our questions.

I réalisé liked this hotel - very comfortable (although some of the furniture was in poor condition). Friendly stuff, soundproofing windows, large bathroom and comfortable bed.

Price is a little high and breakfast lacks more variety.
