It was spacious one bedroom , living and kitchen area. Location is on the Rustaveli street , near to almost any sightseeing and in the center location though quite crowded the street for a walk in the evening . All amenities are high standard and rooms feel like living in any palace. Large French windows exposed to street, mind that only four rooms in hotel and front facing only two apartment . Bathroom was large enough and most important hot water always and flow of the water was impressive. Veronica from the staff was amazing , always smiling and brings cake for our daughter’s birthday. Such a nice gesture from the Veronica . Our room was quiet and beds were so comfortable to sleep . We had enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend to families to stay.

Washer to be included in property. Christmas tree to put inside each room as such big living area and during festive season . Living room should have big tv screen.

The room is sunny, cozy, and luxurious. Small Kitchenette came really handy for breakfast, toast, and making coffee. There is a small refrigerator, which is a huge plus. Room has a good size 4k TV, a Bluetooth speaker so you can play music with. The walls probably are noise proof because during our stay, we never heard anything. The good thing is the bedroom is separated from the living room.

There is nothing to dislike about this boutique hotel. Our only recommendation will be having a laundry price list for babies/toddlers. Usually, these are free, but it's great to clarify.

Tiflis Opera Aparthotel exceeded all my expectations. The cleanliness was exceptional, the location couldn't be more perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay there. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and our room was impeccably clean. With our windows facing the inner court, we enjoyed a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The hotel is located at the main Rustaveli street, on the second floor of what seems to be an apartment building, just don’t be scared by the entrance (because I was, once we first arrived).

While the ventilation was a bit noisy at times during the night, it didn't significantly detract from our overall experience. We would gladly return for another stay.

Beautifully decorated and dreamy comfortable beds (including sofa bed with a really good mattress) with all the extra kitchen amenities - (the Nespresso machine is always a bonus for me personally!)

The power outage for both days of our stay and especially due to springtime - I think it was quite hot outside when it happened so the AC wasn’t working, we could have dealt with all the natural light 😅. No elevators (it wasn’t mentioned) and no capsules for the Nespresso machine unless that had to be ordered which I don’t look up.

The staff right from cleaning, front desk, and the driver were all exceptionally great with their hospitality. The room was absolutely spacious and giave you a luxury feel all round. Veronica provided us with every request we had and all well taken care of on time. The location was top notch with a great city and mountain views. Cleanliness was exceptional along with the hotel services. Will definitely recommend to everyone looking for a good family, couple or solo holiday stay with assurance and at ease. Thank you guys!!

1.Staff is perfect, always available and ready to help 2.Location is good on main street close to Opera , museums, Galleria mall. Takes about 15min walk to old city 3.Apartments are very comfortable and very fit for family.We were with small child and you have everything you need, baby chair, microwave etc. Heating and noise isolation was very good. 4.Must say about driver that works with the hotel very polite and punctual. Hotel provide free transfer from airport, but we continued with the same driver all other days. Beso, thanks again:)

Only one thing , for these who comes with baby stroller, apartments located on second floor and because this is old building there is no lift.

Super nice place with hospitality at the highest level. Very central but peaceful location. Clean and spacious rooms with high ceilings decorated with nice furniture. Extremely helpful staff that provides assistance with a friendly and professional manner. We would like to thank you from the heart for this wonderful experience that we had in your place. What an amazing location, perfectly located the main street, with easy access to Tblisi main tourist areas, landmarks, etc. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the rooms are fully fitted out, with kitchen, dining areas, tv, radio, etc.

Everything was perfect for our stay. There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't available in the room or by asking the extremely friendly staff.

The classic historical 19th century apartment renovation to modern standards. It’s like stepping back in time. Very spacious and comfortable and super clean. Location very nice across from historic opera house. Special thanks to the wonderful friendly staff. Always helpful and supportive throughout entire stay.
