The room was clean, location was good and closed to many facilities such as mini market SPAR, currency exchange, main stop, metro station, and tourist attractions in walking distance, the staff were very welcoming and respectful specially Ms. Ellen and George.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was cozy and comfortable.

Nice little private room. There was air conditioning, TV, washing facilities. The hostess prepared a rich breakfast in the morning. The family there was very pleasant and helpful. I recommend it to everyone who doesn't want too much luxury.

I didn't like at all that the transfer left me waiting at the airport for almost an hour. Well, okay, the host made up for it in the evening with a set table, which also included the local drink chacha😜. And I didn't like it either, what I had to feel next day (thanks to chacha) 🤣😉

I would like to take a moment to really thank the ladies who is taking care of the hotel, they were very welcoming and warm, always smiling to me and always asking me if I need help with something, even when it rained they checked up on me, I felt like I’m staying with a family, the room is clean and cosy, the breakfast is delicious and the price is very eco friendly, I would definitely visit again! shukran 😍

The place is very warm and cozy. Its patio with grape vines, kiwi and persimmon trees makes you feel like you're in some special magic place in the heart of Tbilisi. the staff is most welcoming and helpful and makes you feel at home at all times, I would like to thank each and every one. The guests are very friendly, too. We stayed with our tiny dachshund and never had any trouble. The metro station is 5-10 min walk and all you need like 24/7 stores, food joints and a market is next door. Half a hour walk will get you to Rike Park.

Goog location, the Avlabari metro station is within 5 minutes walk. Not far away from the airport. Free wifi with a good wuality for Skype/Whatsapp calls. Breakfast is quite good.

The location is quite confusing for the taxi drivers, so if you use e. g. a Bolt taxi it is better to choose another starting point in the neighbourhood, e. g. the nearest Spar market.

Everything looks exactly like the photos and the rooms are clean. The staff was nice and the breakfast was yummy. All in all a very pleasant stay, great value for money and really phenomenal location 😊

It would be nice to update the room furnishing, some of the stuff in the rooms is worn out.

The staff was very helpful, the location is great. Lots of great restaurants close by. The owners are great guys, both of them were super friendly. The cook served up a great breakfast as well.

The only complaint that I have was the bed, wasn't all that comfortable. Otherwise, fantastic place.

The room had a couple of hickups, but for the price it is pretty acceptable. Also some of the hosts did not speak English, but they were still able to help all the time

However, I had the room with poor air conditioning and I could open the windows because it was always noisy outside
