Location was accessible though we didn't have the chance to have breakfast in the hotel.

Could have been better if there was an elevator for bringing the luggage up and down.

The hotel staff were so friendly and answered any and all questions with kindness. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and it was my favorite part of the room. The room was so spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It also has a mini fridge and a kettle. I loved how I had a whole empty closet with a place to hang coats and shelves as it was useful for my long stay. You cannot use the gas heating, but there is a A/C unit that heats up the room with air that was sufficient. They have a wonderful terrace with an incredible view on the rooftop that you can access at any time. It was a shame that it was so cold outside as I did not enjoy it as much as I would like to have. It is a short walk to the Avlabari metro station. The hotel is also very secure as the main door is kept locked. I absolutely loved my stay, and I am eager to return! Didi madloba.

The location of the hotel is great, but it is more of a walk to get to places with nicer restaurants and about 30 minutes to walk to Liberty Square. This is really not bad, but may be something to keep in mind if you're wanting to see many sights during a short stay. There is some construction happening around the hotel, so taxis sometimes have a difficult time getting to it. They provide breakfast to each individual guest separately (there are only a few rooms) so you have to book a time in advance and wait until the guest before has finished. I think a buffet style would be better as daily plans change and it would make it easier to prepare. During the winter, it would be nice to have a small patio heater to warm up the terrace so people could use it more.

Great location near Carrefour, a few restaurants, and a quick 10 minute walk to Rike Park. It's also close to Traveler’s Meeting Point where you can book walking tours and day trips in Georgia. The hotel has a young, friendly and attentive staff who keep the place neat and tidy. My room had a solid desk, TV with lots of channels, a spacious wardrobe, and a balcony with a spectacular view of the city. Internet was stable 95% of the time and dropped only once during one thunderstorm. They also take credit card. Overall, it's a strong recommend from me. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Breakfast could use more variety. Some guests would arrive late at night and make enough noise to wake me up. The bedsheets sometimes had a lot of static. My shower sink initially had some clogging issues, but it got fixed within a few hours of reporting it.

Great value for money, perfect location in a quiet area but still very central. Big rooms, cosy balcony with a nice view. Clean rooms and housekeeping every day timed perfectly when we were out and about, much appreciated. Amazing rooftop terrasse overlooking the entire city, beautiful for sunrise and sunset. Very good communication with the staff before and during our stay, we had some small inquiries (separate bookings, extra night, delayed arrival) and everything was sorted easily. They even gave us an upgrade for free so that we could have rooms on the same floor. Warm welcome by reception staff with genuine smile, carrying our luggage up to the room. In general very attentive staff, always available and coming to our rescue when we struggled with locking a door. Owner speaks great english and came running to carry our suitcases upon departure. Will for sure recommend this place to other travelers, and would likely book this place again if returning to the beautiful city of Tbilisi.

Some small suggestions to make it even better: It would be practical to have some more hooks or hangers for outside clothes next to the entrance door in the room, there is lots of space for it. Also a simple set of patio furniture on the balcony would be nice.

Good location, first look on the street can be thrilling but it's very safe and close to old town and 2 min from metro and buses. The room was big, bed comfortable and the bathroom clean. The view from the balcony is really nice on the hills and Mother Georgia. We could use the top floor terrace, which has a great view too. The guys in reception are very helpful, we could leave our staff early in the morning and they took them to our room once ready, which was a nice touch. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The roof terrace is really wonderful, with a fantastic view. So nice when you travel alone or with a small group of friends, and want to have a break from city walking. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Good to have a fridge, electric kettle and tea (only coffee missing). A nice and quiet street in a central area. Clean rooms and always a good vibe. I will come back! Thank you!

Would be even nicer with the possibility to buy water etc. downstairs or from a mini bar, but no big deal. Missed a chair on the balcony.

The location of the hotel is perfect! Just few minutes walk to Meidan Square. It is so close to the Old town and at the same time it is very quiet. I liked the bed linen & towels, they were white. Bed is very comfortable. The hotel is very cosy and clean. It has a terrace from which you can enjoy amazing views to the Trinity church and Old Town (it's especially beautiful at night time!). The staff is perfect, very hospitable, professional and friendly. I will definitely come back! Highly recommend:)

The very nice hotel staff who guided us to the market on our arrival day (at 11pm) and the 3rd day helped us find minivan station heading for Yerevan. Additionally, the great location with walk distance to the old town. As we enjoy strolling, we went to Jansug Kakhidze Tbilisi Center,approx 3km, for a concert and took a taxi back and then had a “late” dinner nearby. Super convenient but still quiet. 3-night stay, for us, it was amazing experience in Tibilisi.

The value for money is amazing. I would definitely recommend to someone on a budget to stay here. The location is right at the city centre, but it is not noisy as it is not on the Main Street. The neighbourhood is safe. The room is comfortable and clean. Wooden flooring. The room view is great. The staff is friendly. The heater is the room is good. The wi-fi connection is decent. The lighting is enough. The shower is hot and constant which is nice.

The terrace is perfect, could see the old city and the mother statue, mountain,river and church. Location is quite close to the holy trinity cathedral. And 5min to metro, 10min to ropeway. Have lots of local restaurants around, quite delicious. Zurab is a great host, who is super helpful and friendly, we know local conditions and customs from him which is quite valuable. Everything is clean.
