Even though I was sceptical about the neighbourhood, I still enjoyed the location and the facilities. The staff was good — accommodating and friendly. I absolutely adored the bed and the room design in general, it’s very comfy and pretty. Breakfasts were top notch, with Georgian specialties and usual breakfast items, changing from day to day. The chef was adorable and I’ve seen him talk a lot to the guests. It seems like everyone was happy with the food. There are lots of small shops around, the metro is down the street. However, we mostly used taxi through Maxim or Yandex apps. It’s very cheap and there’s always one two minutes away from the hotel, bringing you anywhere in the city for a few lari. If you plan on coming here by public transport from the airport note that the area is super hilly and it will be nearly impossible to walk up the street from the bus stop with big luggage. Once again, taxi is your friend. Ah and I forgot, the view from the window was aaaaaawesome.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms are comfortable and nicely equipped! During our first night, the TV went out of order and did not work: after informing staff about the issue we got immediately new room and it was even upgraded to much bigger and more expensive room (Deluxe) with no extra cost because of availability of standard rooms. It’s a brand new hotel with great location very close to the main sightseeings in the city centre(15-25 mins by walk depending on where you go). Taxi is also convenient and affordable because of short distance. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! So many options to choose from and everything was fresh and tasty! So, great experience and It felt like the owners do this business not only for profit but also because of the passion: the service provided in the hotel made us feel like a valued guests.

The area is a bit hilly but you can treat it as a great exercise especially after delicious and high-calorie local cuisine :)

- Liked the breakfast options genuinely changing everyday. Often they offered options which I would think more likely for lunch such as rice, broccoli/cauliflower, chicken with peppers, Greek salad etc but it suited me very well as I was bored of eggs - and my partner could still order eggs - Staff mostly super-friendly, reception staff v helpful for eg when our safe broke, when there was a ringing noise in our room. Staff at breakfast changed each day, some v v friendly and helpful, others not so much! - Bed was huge and comfy The location is OK - area directly around it is quite rundown/building-site-y but didn't feel unsafe at all. Not the most happening direct area - couple of coffee shops, fruit stalls or takeaway stands nearby - but only 10 mins or so walk downhill to the start of the old town where most things are based - or if you can't be bothered to walk, Bolt taxis are super cheap!Thought was good price:value ratio (staying more central looked MUCH more expensive for what was really such a short distance). Also right next to Holy Trinity Cathedral which is beautiful and a must-see sight!

- Shower is wet room which is kind of annoying, would personally prefer a door so whole room doesn't get soaked - Terrace still a building site but the view is great, gonna be lovely when finished

We decided to splurge on our last night in Tbilisi, and got the deluxe suite, which was a corner room on the 4th floor, with 3 windows overlooking the city and the cathedral. The hotel is very new and nicely decorated, the bed was huge and very comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful. We recommend staying on the higher floors to get the full view of the city. The location is great for exploring the "opposite" side of the city, if you have already stayed in the old part of town, and want to explore the cathedral grounds and the nice streets and cafes surrounding it. It is easy to get to other parts of the city, by metro or taxi. The breakfast was okay, a nice selection of georgian and European breakfast foods, but the coffee maker was broken and some warm foods were cold. We were able to get an early check in and also store our luggage after check out, which was a great help.

As the hotel is very new, many bolt/taxi drivers had some issues finding it at the top of a very steep hill.

Nice and recently renovated hotel, everything is clean and smell fresh. Spacious room with stylish design, large bathroom with different features, friendly staff. Breakfast started quite early, so we didn't catch the hot food, but the selection was still good.

The location is quiet, but quite far from the main attractions, except for the beautiful church that was visible from the window. Breakfasts would be even lovelier if there was a way to keep them warm until the end of their time.

The hotel is new and pretty. Room was big, with a big, 180cm bed and a sofa. Room was equipped both with a kettle and a coffee maker, wifi was great. Also all windows had blindfold curtains and the place is quiet enough to have a wonderful sleep. Oh, and the views are amazing (we were on last floor). The breakfast was great, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Wish to come again soon!

The location is up a really steep hill with a road without a sidewalk so we had some trouble with a baby stroller.

I stayed five nights in the hotel, and had four breakfasts there. To my pleasant surprise they were never repeated. The food was always fresh and delicious. Everyone could find something to his/ her taste. Big thankfulness to the chef and the girls of the restaurant. The staff of the hotel was very polite and helpful. The beds were quite comfortable. The room and the bathroom were clean.

I missed a table and a chair in the room.

Very nice new hotel. It smells good, every day they clean the room. The staffs are all warm and welcoming, they provided what we need esp. the adaptor because they have a different outlet. Complete toiletries, towels, and robe. The breakfast tastes good and has different varieties every day so healthy it makes you full throughout the day. The view of the mountain is incredible, only a few minutes from the trinity church. We'll definitely come back next time.

Very modern looking, clean place. Breakfast was wonderful, every day different types of dishes. Most of the staff was lovely and helpful. They had a bum shower in toilet!

It’s quite far away from old town, and very far away from the newer/business part of city. The room is extremely small, we could not open our luggage to unpack. The bathroom has no curtain so everything gets totally wet after taking a shower. Also, the bathroom had a bad sewage smell.

The location of the hotel was amazing which was really near to all tourist attractions on just walking distance in old tbilisi. The staff was really helpful and professional. The hotel was neat and clean. The breakfast was so delicious and fresh.

They didn't tell us about the mini bar in the room which was chargeable so at the time of checkout they charged us for the products we have consumed.
