The hotel is new, the room was very nice, clean and equipped with everything we needed - just like in the pictures. The staff was helpful and the hotel also has a garage which is useful if you are traveling by car. The hotel is located only a 15 min walk to the city center (Rike Park & Bridge of Peace) and only 5 mins from a metro station.

Breakfast starts at 8 am, but it takes about 10-15 mins more till the staff has served all the food and coffee to the buffet table - to us this was a bit annoying, especially when you have something planed for the day and need to be on time.

The AC was too loud and it was hard to fall asleep and i had to turn off and was feeling hot all night. Also in the reception the lady didn’t speak georgian and it’s odd because we’re in Tbilisi, Georgia and idk why someone would speak only russian.

This group consists of the best employees and the best manager. They are very friendly and welcoming. The first day I arrived earlier than the scheduled time and it was my fault that I didn't inform them that I would arrive early. But they treated me with a great attitude. and they gave me a room and a bed to rest until the check-in time. They are very friendly and professional and welcoming. The room was very clean and very quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel is very good and close to all the shops and Places. I am very happy with my choice. It was a very good experience and I hope to be able to come to this hotel again next year for my wedding anniversary. Highly recommended.

The room was very comfortable, loved the bed. The staffs were really friendly and ready to help, most of them spoke English too. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Internet was very fast and stable. The roof top offered very amazing views, the hotel is in close proximity to most of the sites and local markets.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, shops, restaurants, trinity cathedral, metro, bus station around and a fantastic view from the roof terrace. But it would have been nice to have the cushions on the seats on the terrace to enjoy it to the fullest. Although the hotel is located centrally it was very quiet. The room was well equipped, quiet and the bed was huge and very comfy.

Bathroom was a bit smelly probably coming from the pipes but i didn't mind that. Mini fridge made this sound but it was absolutely ok.

Do not hesitate to book - it is an excellent deal. You will get a quiet location that is located 10 minutes walking from main attractions in the city centre with no noise from the centre. The hotel is very clean, beds comfortable, staff lovely and you get a panoramic view of the city centre from their terrace - a very nice place to relax in the evening. We did not have breakfast, but downstairs is a lovely cafe with nice staff also serving breakfast and coffee. Will be back!

Newly built hotel - from summer 2022. Very modern interior design - very european. Friendly staff in the reception. Nice, clean and comfortable beds. Within 5 minutes walk to Avlabari metro station and the main office of probably the best tour guide company. 10-15 minutes walk to the old town. Breakfast was okay. Great value for money. Would not mind staying here again.

Actually not really anything.

It was very clean! The location is great, walking distance to many sites, market, money exchange and metro as well. The staff is amazing specially Shami. We were struggling to find Halal food and Shami suggested us to visit Marjanishvili Street which had so many amazing Halal restaurants.

Everything was amazing, just wish they changed the bedding during our stay. We stayed four nights and they never changed the bedding. I would forget to inform them before leaving the hotel (my bad) and by the time I would be back they wouldn't have anyone from housekeeping. Other than that it was exceptional.

Central Location, walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions. Modern and clean room, very good value for money. Nice breakfast buffet with a good variety of local and continental food. Excellent view over the city from the roof terrasse.

Narrow parking garage. However this is not really relevant as there is also sufficient parking space along the streets nearby.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are really comfortable. The location is great, near public transportation or walk to the city center.

The breakfast was good but very repetitive, we had the same breakfast everyday for the whole week.
