The view from the room and the service of all staff made our stay at the property likeable.

The loacation of the property slightly far from center however would be great who love to stay in quiet and private.

The staff was amazingly helpful - they helped to fix the hairdryer promptly. The room is bright and with all convenience. The location is awesome - we walked down to the city center in 5 mins, meanwhile the place was so quiet and cozy.

The breakfast was good but 1. Not many options - everyday is the same 2. Most of the food was with pork - muslims should think about eating out :)

The hotel was lovely and seemed quite modern. The room was a good size for us with aircon. There is a lovely terrace where breakfast was served. We also gave them our laundry (outside of the room cost) and it was back to us the next day. The hotel is 25 minute walk from Liberty Square, but the area would be less developed than other areas, which may not suit everyone. The staff were all lovely!

There was no hand towel the first day or two. Our room was on the bottom floor and there was a bit of noise at night due to being close to reception. It was fine after the first night.

the hotel is very calm and comfortable. it’s located in a very calm part of central Tbilisi. The design inside was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was nice, and the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely a good choice for the value, if you are looking for a calm and comfortable hotel where you can feel at home. plus the room was super quiet, which allowed us to enjoy full rest.

The breakfast starts a bit late, at 9:00. I must add that they were so kind to prepare us breakfast boxes on a day we left at 7:30 for a tour. They didn’t clean our rooms for two days. Not a big issue for us, considering that all the other aspects of the hotel (comfort, quiet, clean, warm athmosphere, well located and good price) were excellent, which is a combination difficult to find in hotels.

Everything was perfect at Tbilisi Story. The staff is so friendly and helpful, guys, you are amazing, keep up the great work! The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Your day just can’t be bad if you start it with a delicious breakfast on the terrace under the sun and with a view to the beautiful Tbilisi. The breakfast was quite tasty, they had everything I needed. Rooms are clean, fresh, and quite stylish. I think they have soundproof too, you can barely hear anything. The location of the hotel is also great if you prefer it to be quiet. The only sound that was a little disturbing was coming from the church. The bells were ringing at 12 PM, but honestly it’s not that bad and it makes the place special. I highly recommend the rooms on the first floor, they have access to your own terrace with extremely friendly cats, you should definitely meet them :)

The hotel was very clean, well-aired, and all facilities worked. Breakfast was very home-like, and it could be enjoyed on the open terrace, where a beautiful view of the city opened up. The bed was very comfortable, conditioner worked great! The staff was also amazing, we were given a very sweet complimentary gift from staff 2 nights before our departure. :)

The room terrace was great, yet it is not completely isolated from the rooms next door. Other guests can easily enter your terrace (which is not a bad thing if you want to make friends). It also was see-through, so we did not go to the terrace while other guests were there.

Small room, but there is a exíelent bed and amazing shower. silence place to sleep well.

Far from the touristic area - sightseeings, restaurants and stores. there is only one restaurant close to hotel. Breakfast stare at 9am and the tours also start at the same time (you will have to choose between breakfast or tour) Team members don’t speak English.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, close to everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms were great, breakfast was great and the terrace on the rooftop has amazing view on the old city and the downtown. Rooms and facilities were clean and sanitized. Very happy with the stay!

We love how the hotel was aesthetically built! The size of the room was just perfect for us. everything was fully functional. washroom is clean and neat. Location wise it’s great, very near to the biggest cathedral, coffee shops, food and wine shops. It’s a 20 min walk to Liberty Square which is the centre of Tbilisi. It has a really nice rooftop view and the breakfast was decent. All the staff were nice and accommodating! We highly recommend this place. We’re gonna stay here again when we come back.
