Front desk attendant was very helpful and accommodating. He responded quickly whenever we needed help and was super friendly. The location was also convenient for traveling to the center of Berlin. Recommended restaurants were within walking distance and we got to experience the culture on a modest budget.

At no fault of the hotel, but I recommend securing your toiletries after using the public showers/bathrooms. Some items (soaps, etc.) went missing. I'd also be wary of other guests. Everyone has different living standards and levels of decency.

Very modern and clean. Ideal situation near to Neukölln U-Bahn and S-Bahn station, with bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Very friendly staff. Coffee machine!!

My bed wasn't very comfortable! I think the base was broken! Sharing a bathroom is not ideal, but I was lucky there was nobody using it when I wanted it. No washbasin in the room is not really very good. My single room was very small, with no window to look out of. The double rooms looked a lot better and I would be happy to come back with my wife.

staff was very friendly, and provided local recommendations. Guests were quiet and respectful, located pretty close to subway station. Room and shared bathrooms were clean and spacious. Bed and sheets were very comfortable. Convenient distance from the airport.

We didn't realize that the double bed option we booked meant having 2 single sized beds and not a full-size mattress. It wasn't a big deal and we only stayed for one night before we went to airport.

Good value for money, good location if you go to a concert to the nearest music venue and also public transportation is close. The host lady was very helpful and polite- great service.

One of the beds was squeaking and could feel the springs. Also room windows are on the street side, so we did hear cars and people walking by.

The location was nice, and the motel had a good vibe. The staff were all really nice and happy to help. Made use of the kitchen and fridge which was helpful.

While the staff were great there was often no one at the desk. Room was pretty small and the bed wasn't great.

The Ms. that was at the reception, she was really helpful, cheerful and made my stay comfortable. Definitely deserves the rise :) also the kitchen and coffe and tea.

If I have to say one thing then it would be about me hearing other people in the morning - I suppose at night the noises must have been also heard, but I’m a heavy sleeper so I didn’t notice anything.

Hello! We really liked the location, two minutes to the metro, the motel both outside and in the middle with an excellent design, inside is very comfortable, they offer tea and coffee, the staff is polite and friendly. We will come back here again and again, we really liked it, see you) 😉👍👍👍

Very friendly staff, gave us some good dining advice and were helpful during our stay. Also just allround good people, they made us smile! Good location near multiple public transport options and al lot of dinner options.

Only thing was that the toilet paper needed a refill, but that was solved quickly.

Very good location within easy walk to two different Metro (U and S-Bahn, Neukolln and Hermanstrasse) stations. Friendly receptionist and good, fast WiFi. Shared bathroom always kept very clean. Worth it if you want to save a bit of money during your stay.
