We really enjoyed the room, because was big and really comfortable. It's a really good place thanks to its position in the map, the staff was really polite and really helpful in everything we need.

Unfortunately, the wifi connection wasn't working at the time but they were trying to fix it. And the room was clean for the most part, but we found a dead bug on the floor but it wasn't a big deal because we were out most of the time.

I really liked that the breakfast was so delicious! There is not much you can choose from but all the food is really good. Also friendly staff! The room was clean and warm. The location is super convenient!

On our check-in date, there was a receptionist who barely spoke English. For example, had some trouble understanding the word "chocolate" even though in german it is very similar :D In the room there were some cosmetic faults like holes in the walls from previous shelves or creaking bent floor. Oh yeah, the floor is definitely not wooden like it is stated in the room description :D

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. For the price, this hotel is excellent value - it's in a great location and is simple, clean and has a good breakfast too.

Sometimes I was waiting a while for staff past normal daytime hours to be let back into the hotel, so while it was still a 24hr reception, this varied in effectiveness. It would have been more convenient for all if there was some kind of system where I could let myself in, e.g. a card swipe or code. Staff were still very friendly and helpful at all hours though.

The room was nice, clean and light with a large window facing a quiet courtyard. Fabulous water pressure allowed for enjoyable warm showers. Although the place was full to capacity I had no problems with noise. My stay was calm and restful, which is what I needed. Password wifi, which also made me happy (preferable to open). I can't comment on breakfast, as I did not have any. But the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful!

The stairwell looked a bit tired. Feels like investing in a bit of decorating could really lift the overall feel of the place. But I don't mind a bit of 'character', and the place did feel safe and friendly.

Relaxed location, staff are really helpful and friendly. Our flight home was cancelled and i went straight down to ask about availability for an additional night, they sorted us out straight away and we’re very nice about it all.

Very little - there’s some minor things that in an ideal world would be different however for the price, no complaints!

The property was in an amazing location with fantastic amenities! the room felt like a whole apartment complete with large gorgeous windows for lots of natural light. The staff were also very kind!

Wi fi wasn’t working during our stay due to reasons that were not the hotels fault, so we were given complementary breakfasts which were very good .

Everything was ok, especially the reception guys who were very helpful

The location was very near my sisters old flat . Nice big rooms . Really good showers .

No tea bags , no milk . I cannot work out how to use the big pillows , I prefer English pillows .

Was happy with the size of the room, the heating system. Liked the shower and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

Position of the mirror in the bathroom was too high, A small fridge would have been great in the room.

Great location, great service, massive rooms, super clean and perfect for a down to earth no-fuss stay in Berlin. Close to mall, and u bahn and main street.

Only thing was the pillows were too soft. That's all I can think of!
