Perfect location for my concert in Neukölln & excellent access to the S & Ubahn just a few mins walk from the hotel to travel further afield, including airport connections. Was able to leave my luggage in advance of check in. Check in itself was a wonderful experience with the friendly M.Mueller! My room (306) was large, bright, airy (3 large windows that opened fully) and quiet up on the third floor at the rear of the hotel. Great bathroom, plenty of towels, very cosy bed. Lots of desk space, plenty of sockets. I will always book this hotel when I visit Neukölln in the future.

The only thing I'd comment on is that there was no option (with Booking or direct that I could see) to have a cancellable/pay on arrival room option. Normally I filter out hotels that don't offer this in case my plans fall through. On the positive side, paying in advance meant I could budget better and I paid the City Tax in advance too.

The room was pretty and clean. Every day a person came to clean. The breakfast was really tasty too.

We paid for room with two single beds but got room with one big bed. It was also room for disabled(?) so for example the doorknobs were lower… and it was not needed FOR US and little bit uncomfortable. But it was okay, as we didn’t even complain to the staff. Maybe they just didn’t have other room for us… Also the Wi-Fi was not working almost at all so we had to pay for the unlimited Wi-Fi. Also during our last night there the fire alarm went of. So we ran downstairs where already were police officers and firefighters with other visitors but no one said to us what happened.

It was a good place to stay prior leaving to BER airport early, quick check-in & out. Comfortable bed.

Location didn't feel very safe.

Check-in was good speaking English for me after I explained that I was very rusty in Deutsch. The room was very good and a large bed for one person, I would have liked an extra pillow and a heavier quilt or blanket, but it was not a problem for me. I went down to the bar after I freshend up, I had a bottle of local beer from Berlin and I ordered a pizza. Well I have to say that the deviolo pizza was amazing, one of the best I have ever had in a hotel bar. Highly recommended if you just don't want to go out in the cold frosty air. The breakfast buffet is €12 but I can honestly say that it was really good too! Scrambled egg and streaky bacon in a chaffing dish, and the usual continental breakfast bits, rolls, and butter, cheeses, meats, salad items to garnish along with coffee from a machine.

Can't really say that I didn't like anything, but it is true. A genuine business hotel at a v reasonable price will always be onto a winning formula, in my opinion.

Breakfast is good, and fairly priced considering you are in Berlin. Staff are very friendly and humoured my rusty German without switching immediately to English :-) S and U-Bahn within 5 minutes walk. Good international food nearby

Fire alarm had us all for roll call just before midnight before our departure day - and I think I read another review where this has happened before. Would be good to have a breakfast included option on booking, so you don't have to pay every day in cash at reception.

The environment. It is just near Neukolln Subway and the main train line. Food is also accessible with kiosks around and some kebab shops near the train. There was no air conditioning, but the berlin weather was beautiful, and the windows could be opened fully or up to a certain point.

They seem to be understaffed before 12 pm. I ordered coffee during our checkout, and there was no barrista available. Luckily, the frontdesk was able to serve it.

I've been there many times, and it's totally worth it in terms of price, and connectivity, especially if you're on a full weekend in Berlin partying and so on. Check in is very fast, and the reception has been more than respectful and hyper fast whenever I've been there.

Unfortunately, the wifi is slow, and this can make the stay a bit heavy, as it is a basic necessity for any traveller. On the other hand, the rooms only have light-blocking curtains, and no light-filtering curtains. Therefore, you cannot adjust the light filter, which is very annoying.

I really like Motel plus for its location near S bahn and U bahm where you can travel any directions in berlin. Breakfast was very good, bathroom were nice and modern looking, Parking available around the hotel.

It would be nice for hotel to aim to get AirConditioning sooner or later as it was not my first stay there in summer and it was hot, fan it self wont help much. Shades that were present at the out side of windows were broken, they would help greatly.

As usual, it was an easy stay. I can't ask for anything more, the price really matches the facilities and comfort the hotel offers. This is probably the most successful hotel in terms of price, efficiency and comfort all in one.

Unfortunately, I noticed that the floor under the bed was dusty and obviously dirty. Although this scenario did not affect my stay at all, I had a strange feeling knowing that I was sleeping on top of it.

The breakfast was nice and I was able to get soy or oat milk on request since I am vegan. The room is small but comfortable.

There is a lot of noise from the street (our room faced the street) so it was uncomfortable to keep the window open during the night but at the same time it was difficult to have the window closed since there was no AC in the room and the air got quite bad quickly if the window was closed.
