Well located on tube line from airport. Easy access to Mitte. Lively area with great choice of restaurants and shops, including a McDonalds. Room simple and very clean. Breakfast at an additional cost. Excellent variety. Very clean. Good service. Supplied with adaptor to charge my phone upon request. Warm greeting with complimentary refreshment upon arrival, and given route plan for the two venues I would be visiting. I was also given an excellent recommendation for a local restaurant and street food venues.

No complaints or disappointments

Location is really good, it's just couple of minutes from u bahn station and the bus stop is near the entrance. Staff was helpful and nice. I've read comments in advance and asked for a more quiet room if it's possible and they did offer us a room with a garden view and the room was ready early. Breakfasts were the best! There were a lot of options to choose from and it was tasty.

I don't know why, but wifi didn't work in our room. We didn't need it that much, so didn't bother to ask, but it was endlessly trying to connect without any success. Probably that's because it was the last floor and the room was at the end of a corridor. There was something wrong with ventilation in the bathroom, sometimes it didn't smell nice, and it feels like it was something random. Location is good, but be aware that you'll probably hear all the police cars, ambulances etc

Pleasantly surprised by my first stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't have breakfast though heard it was good.

Area was quite loud with sirenings going often but not affect my stay.

As mentioned in most reviews, the breakfast is pretty elite! Yes you can obviously find cheap and easy options around the neighbourhood. However, after travelling a long distance, its nice to have a breakfast that offers good quality foods and a wide range. The cleanliness is excellent! They clean almost everyday, and to a great standard. The facilities are good, the beds are comfy (I was there for just over a week and didn't have trouble with comfort). Location is very handy, albeit in a very busy intersection it has a wide variety of food spots and access to transport. Check-in is smooth and the staff are always helpful and informed. Go here if you want a calmer hostel, as opposed to a "party" style of hostel.

Although the breakfast is a great offering, sadly there is not communal kitchen if you are looking to make your own food. I also was hoping for more communal lounging space throughout the hostel. These aren't necessarily fails of the hostel, as much as they are simply the way the space is designed. Overall, you can't really complain. One small feature for the hostels consideration, curtains around the bed would make it that one bit more comfortable. Sometimes you want less light or more privacy.

The room was cozy although not very large. There is a terrace on the ground floor where you can smoke at anytime without needing to go outside. It was 7 minutes away from the concert venue I went to and 2 minutes away from the subway. The breakfast had multiple options and it was quite good. The staff was brilliant, would return

The only "negative" - and it isn't that big of a deal were the lack of international options on TV. Only had new channels in english and everything else was dubbed. It would be nice to have a couple of channels that would show tv shows in english - or at least for the Netflix in the tv to work, which never did. But indeed we were not there for the tv, so it's not a major thing eheh

Great staff, i arrived pretty late and the reception offered me a beer just to start. The rooms and bathrooms are super clean. The bed is comfortable. There is a backyard and lounge pretty good, as well as lift and great wifi. The location is awesome, I super recommend because you could easily go to east gallery by foot and there is underground and bus right next to the hostel. There is bathroom inside and outside the rooms and great mirrors around the rooms.

There was a lot of noise in the room, but it is what it is to being in a good location in berlin. There wasn't key on the lockers, so if you would like to leave your value belongs in the room you should bring a padlock.

The elevator worked and is larger than the moving closets typically installed in (older)European buildings. Nice albeit smallish lounge area near the bar. The Welcome drink! The dormitory was neither cramp nor shoddy and was furnished with comfortable bunkbeds whose WOODEN frames did not shake or creak. I liked the additional bedside locker, power outlet and reading lamp. The room had a large table, with matching chairs, in addition to other chairs and 1.5 baths.

One light switch controlled both halves of the dorm room, which seems a lazy oversight. The shower flooded the bathroom and Housekeeping didn't stay on top of it. Also, the bathrooms have no fans or air freshener.

The room wasn't big, however it was very comfortable and nicely decorated. I appreciated the many power sockets in the room and different light sources. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the amazing staff. The location isn't very close to the city centre, especially if you want to go there by foot, but there's a subway station only a minute away, so it wasn't an issue at all.

Since the hotel only offers breakfasts, It would be amazing if the rooms offered a kettle or if there was a small kitchen in the common area. Also the elevator was malfunctioning a bit.
