Overall, this was a great, affordable hotel for a solo traveller. It's located in a pretty convenient location just a few minutes walk from Neukölln station, which means that it's quick and easy to get around Berlin. I was impressed by the size of the room and the bathroom — they were bigger than some of the more "fancy" upscale hotels I've stayed at in recent years. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the room and hotel are very clean. I will probably stay here again if I return to Berlin.

The Wi-Fi was a little bit weak in my part of the hotel (the third floor).

Wow it was really amazing ☺️ Coffe and cookies at the entrance fore free,my son loved it. The room was really ok and the garden on the back side was great. The owner was really friendly and helpful when we wanted to stay some more nights and when arrived early in the morning ☺️ And my son was werry happy about everything and say thanks fore the cola spetzi and snacks ❤️ Free parking around the hotel on the street. Subway about 5 min by walking. And a big plus also to the lovely friendly woman that was working in the reception ☺️ We are coming back 100% Greatings Roberth Groh and my son.

The staff was very pleasant and polite. I felt that my business was appreciated. Complimentary fresh fruits, chocolates, cakes and coffee are available at the front desk at all times. My room was clean and suitable for my basic needs. The location is excellent, within 10 minutes walking distance from the NeuKölln s-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. The neighborhood is one of my favorite corners of Berlin due to the vibrant, bustling atmosphere and international flair. The value for money overall was great all things considered. I would stay here again and recommend this spot to friends also.

Large, cool looking apartment, with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay and even something extra like home cinema projector and a hot tub. Also has a nice terrace with a BBQ grill. Very polite and helpful patrons. Couple of minutes of walking from the U and S bahn stations that will get you anywhere in the city (or to the airport) in about half an hour or less.

Some ammenities were lacking or not functioning.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. My little room didn't have a fridge and as I had some food I asked about access to a fridge and was given a micro fridge to use which suited me perfectly. Also the room had a fan which helped with the overnight heat a lot. But the best experience was how great the service from the staff was. The cost of the room was budget but the service was priceless.

Nothing, I prefer to go with budget accommodation so I don't quibble about trivialities. For example it took me a minute or two to realise I had to turn the lock twice to open or close the door.
