The location was perfect for me as I know this area well and therefore wanted to stay here. The breakfast was brilliant with a range of juices, fresh bread, croissants, various rolls, always scrambled egg, cheeses, meats, fruit, yogurt and cereals. Coffee and Teas brought to your table as you required.

A little too quiet for me as a solo traveller as I do like to meet and chat with other travellers, BUT, I wouldn't let that stop me staying here again!

Unexpectedly roomy. laundered sheets. chilled bottled water in the fridge. quiet but well located in Fhain. Safe.

High ceilings of a 3-Zimmer Altbau Wohnung and spacious floor plan means acoustics are loud and echoey. cleaning is a logistical nightmare as the staff would need to spend a lot more time to maintain the apartment. hence hair etc can be found throughout the apt. the WCs were older too, hard to clean and thus smelt after extended use. the cleaning lady let herself into the apt in the morning whilst I was walking about in my underwear. Quite an awkward moment as she continued to ask if I needed housekeeping. had this been a man it would have been a negative experience!

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location (short walk to the East Side Gallery, lots of places bars and restaurants around), very clean. Didn't add breakfast but the coffee was very good for hotel standards.

The reception closes at 8pm, which can be a bit limiting, but we did not have any problems with checking in in time. They offer post-8pm check in options though (we did not test them).

Quiet location, breakfast is good. Location is in a suitable place. Counter staff is friendly and efficient. My requests are answered. Complimentary bottled mineral water is great as a drink.

Not much I could say without nitpicking the details. I would say that the pillow could be more fluffy, and the restroom, though of a good standard and usable, might not correspond to certain standards of luxury.

Excellent value for money. Great interesting neighbourhood very close to public transportation and Warshauer station. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful and the hotel is within a locked apartment complex with lots of trees and very quiet. I would recommend and I would go back myself.

The apartment was a great size. Massive room and living room area

I would have thought for a two night stay the place would have had shower gels but it didn’t. It also didn’t have an ironing board, something tiny hotel rooms can fit anywhere. You also only get water, no snacks etc.

Excellent location. Single room was relatively spacious with a great view over a quiet courtyard. Entire room was immaculately clean. Would highly recommend, especially for solo travellers.

Only complaint was that there was no safe in the room to store my valuables while away. However, the property felt trustworthy and I was not particularly worried.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, great breakfast and friendly staff. Near the U-bahn and lively streets of Friedrichshain or dinner or drinks but set back from the road so nice and quiet at night. Would definitely stay again!

Small issue with the allotted room - this was fixed & I was changed to a different room with a smile & apologies.

Quiet location and handy for U bahn. Comfortable beds. Great shower and clean room. Good breakfast selection for reasonable price. Will definitely stay here again.

Would love tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
