Very delicious breakfast, large selection of food and additives as well as beverages. Very comfortable room, clean, well equipped bathroom, nothing more needed. We loved the beds so much that we didn't make it in time to visit the pool. Located close to the S-Bahn station, so you can get anywhere in Berlin.

The parking rules could be more precise (you can go to the parking take a ticket and then check in at the reception)

Hotel was really nice, in a location near lots of public transport making it incredibly easy to get around the city. Very clean and great facilities, lounge/restaurant was great with good quality food and drinks. Staff were all amazing and a great help with anything needed. With being slightly out of the city centre we didn't expect anything near as good as it is. Would definitely use this hotel again!

Air conditioned room complete with a little fridge.....very handy when Europe had record breaking temperatures ! 'House keepey' were very efficient. Great location, 3 minutes away from Rohrdamm Ubahn.

Pillows were as flat as a pancake and only 1 pillow on each bed. Requested extra pillows from reception several times, but extra pillows never materialised 😞

Fast check-in, good buffet breakfast including good (self-service) coffee, near Rohrdamm U7 underground/subway (5 min walk or 1 min with bus 123). Helpful staff. Good value for money especially considering it has a (small) swimming pool. Interconnecting rooms (i.e. triple room connected to double room) ideal when travelling with kids. Lots of restaurants nearby on Nonnendammallee.

As expected, located in suburban area, reaching central/tourist hotspots will take 30-45 minutes

The staff was friendly + we were immediately given bathrobes when we asked for them on the reception. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was superior, there were varieties of food. The swimming pool and sauna exceeded our expectations. If you come to the hotel, don't forget to take a swimming suit and to book breakfast! Overall, you'll enjoy the hotel by all it means!!

It was good value of money. Staffs was very accommodating excluding to the one work in the kitchen, a little older woman that was a little strict look and smile too little. It’s was hard to approach and a little sarcastic replies. Maybe she just had a little bad day that 2 breakfast we had.

Reception, location

I booked a twin room but got a double bed. The steam bath was broken and the sauna was already cold at 9pm, although it should have been open until 10 pm. Furthermore some people were wearing swimming costumes in the sauna and didn’t use towels although it was a nudist sauna.

The stay was comfortable, clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great!

Didnt like the restaurant menu -it wasnt vey continental and no halal meat was offered which was an issue. The venue was far from the city and malls and lively places.

stayed at this hotel with my children. Good value for money as the children eat for free at the breakfast buffet and an adult pays 19 euros! so for me and the children great value and the food was nice. I’ve already rebooked the hotel for my December and April stay.

I liked that there was larger vehicle parking available in addition to the underground parking. the staff was friendly and helpful during my stay. I will definitely be staying there again in the future.
