Unbeatable location in the middle of a variety of amazing restaurants and shops and access to public transportation. Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom with lots of light and windows. There was a fan to aid with the summer heat and a small fridge. Despite its city center location, the hotel stays very quiet during the day and night which is amazing. There is a nice breakfast buffet every morning. I would highly recommend staying here again.

At first, it's a bit odd that there is no human at the reception, but their system seems to work quite alright without it. I am all for saving laundry and towels, but you had to make a request for new towels which we didn't understand. The Wifi was spotty.

Hotel has an amazing location to eat, drink, have fun and reach famous places like Alexandr Platz, Brandenburg Tag, riverside, historycal places and Public Transportation. Staff was good even you cant see them everytime. Self checkin is too quick and good to get in. The problem is check in time is 15:00 and its too late. Also you have to carry your laggage to another hotel to bring them till Check-in Time. Otherwise this is the best hotel that you can find at that place with this price and Amazing locations with amazing bars, restaurants and transportation.

This new hotel in an old building is very centrally and conveniently located a stone's throw from the SBahn station Hackescher Markt and many tram lines. Its renovation and furnishings are impeccable. Rooms are very comfortably and efficiently appointed, with modern bathrooms, window-frames etc. The reception lounge, which i did not have time to use, unfortunately, is very attractive and comfortably furnished for working or relaxing.

Check-in should normally work via online pregistration and on-location registration on a large touchscreen in the (unstaffed) reception lounge, where you also print your own keycard: great when it works, but it didn't the day i arrived. So a member of staff had to come over from the nearby parent hotel to resolve the issues. He was experienced but by the time he came, there were half a dozen arriving guests and the whole thing took rather a long time...

Excellent location. Heart of Hackescher Markt with lots of attractions and restaurants within easy walking distance. Good German style breakfast included in our price Comfortable room and clean modern bathroom. Good value for money compared to other hotels in area.

Not really a problem as a short stay so didn't need it but you have to pay to have the room cleaned. I guess that is how the price is so reasonable.

The location is great. Very close to Hackescher Hauptbanhof and tourist attractions like Museuminsel, Berliner Dom, Anne Frank Centre, etc. Self-service but really smooth.

No amenities like shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste and stuff. Not really sure where it came from, maybe from the street outside, but the sewage smell on the last night of our trip was terrible. You should close your window but it may be hot that way.

I liked the room - it was small but cozy. Simple but beautiful and practical interior. the bed was amazing, different pillows available, the mattress was nice and soft. I slept really well.

There was noone at reception when I arrived. On my departure day I spent some time in the lounge, and noone was at reception for hours. I observed another guest looking for replacement towels and walking around in the building.

Perfect location, close to train station, to Museum Island, good opportunity to reach important tourist places by walk. Very good breakfast

No service personal on check in desk - only online via some stupid computer application. It didn't work and took us about 30 minutes to get the room, with some help by phone from another Classic Hotel

Good size room. Clean. Good breakfast each morning. Very close to train/tram stations, very close to museum island, Rotes Rathaus & Alexanderplatz. Very close to good shops and supermarkets. The sofa bed / extra bed was big enough for one person. It was comfy enough for the 4 night stay - got a good sleep every night - but of course it's a sofa bed so not amazing. The room is good for a group of friends.

lovely property, nice finish and very clean on arrival, wonderful powerful shower. excellent location with train, shops, restaurants on the doorstep and walkable to the river and many attractions.

lack of staff at reception when we and others had issues checking in (automated system). no cleaning during our stay so the bathroom was looking less than clean and bins overflowing before we left (we were there 6 days)

Super location close to the S9 station that serves the Messe (Trade Centre) and connects to the Metro. Tram stop outside. Good restaurant choices around the hotel. Nice breakfast, could be improved with some fresh fruit and perhaps one thing different every day. Comfortable room, well insulated and thus very quiet. Small en-suite but well appointed and OK.

Hotel is managed remotely after hours from another location - that made checking in a challenge.
