Great location of the hotel if you don't have any preferences on one specific area, this hotel is about 10 min walk from Checkpoint Charlie. Very easy to go to different areas from this hotel to all other areas. Very easy to get to the hotel by taxi from the airport. I recommend to go with a Bolt/Uber, about 20 min ride for 30 Euro. (To be compared to std Taxi 65 Euro). Fridge in the room. Grocery store across the road. Also a Lidle and breakfast places close by the hotel if you choose to not enjoy breakfast in the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Our room was prepared and ready upon our arrival even when we arrived early in the day.

Great soundproofing in room and quiet large ,clever seating with chairs pushed under table,windows can be fully opened for fresh air,good shower ,staff especially nina and Jerome so friendly and always smiling, shop across rd. Brilliant location nice spacious reception area to chill and have a beer or glass of wine will be back totally recommended!

Bed very comfortable, clever use of chairs under table,can open window fully which was great,good quality shower products just need to be filled up before quests arrive but immediately filled when asked..small extras like new sheets spotless but small marks ,and more attention to toilet cleaning, shower was fantastic ..fridge which is always a plus and tons of plugs.

Great location and easy access to major points of interests at reasonable walking distances, extremely clean and well maintained with exceptional sound proofing, staff very kind and helpful with an awesome green policy (not needing room cleaning gives you a voucher for drinks/coffee). Also had the option to rent hotel bikes for getting around (highly recommended).

It would have been great if the services, breakfast, bike rental would have been a little cheaper.

Check-in was courteous and efficient. Our room was comfortable and met my wife's accessibility needs. Breakfast was good and not too crowded. The staff could not have been more helpful.

The hotel is 5 minutes away from public transport stations which is not a problem for able-bodied guests but was difficult for my wife who has problems walking. As the weather was poor, we relied on taxis more that we would have intended. There is only one member of staff on duty in the evenings to look after both reception and the bar which can be difficult if there are a number of people in at the same time.

Spotless room, modern new furniture and finishing, sound proof rooms, perfect location. I even had another booking in a different hotel in a different area in Berlin but I chose to cancel the other booking and extend my stay at this hotel. it’s a great value for money in a safe nice yet vibrant neighbourhood. I wouldn’t wanna stay anywhere else.

Maybe if I had a family with kids I would have considered staying elsewhere since there are no facilities, the common area in the lobby is limited with nothing to do

Modern room with high-quality furnishings. Great mini-fridge and A/C. Bathroom had shelf underneath sink to put toiletry bags which we appreciated. Great location which was close to bus stops, U-bahn, S-bahn. Grocery store across the street open 7am until very late (except Sundays) which was very convenient. Staff were very helpful. The hotel had a program where if you declined housekeeping for a day you could get a free drink (water/pop/alcohol) for each person, which we took advantage of on most days.

Nice view of the courtyard & office below. well lit, loved that the windows open fully. Bed & bedding was perfect! Great shower-hot water-soap, lotion, tissues all available Nice to have a sturdy, working desk. nice to have 2 chairs! Good size safe for computer & valuables.. Over all very nice. Great places to eat nearby. very nice stroll to the Anhalter Bahnhof down the street.

Was a bit tight-2 persons in the bathroom difficult. Priced a bit steep (was told due to current war). floor dusting was needed. Transportation stations a bit of a walk. Not the fault of hotel but had very loud guests calling & talking out loud, knocking & banging on the door in the “wee hours” of the morning (2-3?am)-there should be a quiet policy to ensure good sleep for the reminder of guests.

Great location, 10 mins walk to Checkpoint Charlie. Clean, bright rooms. Underground parking. Tea/coffee and safe security box in room. Didn't eat breakfast in hotel but found a great place 2 minute walk across the road, Maracay coffee. Also a spy museum about 15 mins walk

The rooms very quiet Nicely laid out shower door leaks everywhere and the timer floors are lovely but could use a face lift! Fridge in room very good Comfortable beds

I was disappointed that a letter with tickets that I needed for the next leg of my trip was not accepted at the hotel - even though I called weeks before to ensure it would be accepted. It adversely affected the trip and added many hours longer to the travel day and cost another 50 euros or so.
