We stayed in a Comfort family room, which had a separate bedroom, floor 7, room 706. Our friends had a Superior Studio which was a reasonable size. If you can spend a little extra on the larger room, I would as the balcony was double the size and the room felt like more of an apartment than a hotel room. The hotel is well located, being just a short walk from Kochestasse Station (Checkpoint Charlie). The Jewish Museum is a great place to visit and just a short walk from the hotel. There is a great Turkish food market on a Tuesday, which is well worth a visit - search online for directions. The Museums Island was also a great place to people watch a grab a beer by the river. There is no air-conditioning, however the balcony was a nice space to grab a coffee. The bathroom was large and well equipped. The kitchen was a good space for breakfast and small meals after a long day sightseeing.

We were a group of two couples, and both rooms were a little shabbily than the online images, with scruffy paintwork, badly scratched wooden floors and chipped furniture. Don't expect a high quality finish. As mentioned in other reviews, the pillows were terrible. They were large and ridiculously soft, which made them uncomfortable.

The property was nicely furnished throughout, whether in the reception areas or the rooms themselves. There were a good selection of amenities within the room which meant we didn’t need to ask for anything during our stay. It provided very good value for money and was in a good location, not too far from an underground station or a walk to some attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful with regards to check in.

Lack of air conditioning meant that the room got quite warm even with the windows open.

Location was excellent with LIDL and Rossmann nearby for necessities and several restaurants suiting different tastes. Both Bus stops and U-Bahn are easily accessible with connections every few minutes. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook, the fridge worked well. Two fans were provided, making the heat very bearable. The shower may have been the best I've ever had in a hotel. The water pressure was great, easily adjustable and the provided shampoo and gel of very good quality. We had issues with the TVs but they were fixed as soon as we let the reception know. I'd absolutely recommend this location to everyone!

We stayed in Berlin for a week and it was great to have more space than a hotel room. The extra space of a living area and a balcony was very welcome. The kitchenette is perfect for two but the utensils are limited. Only used it for breakfast and making sandwiches. The bathroom is huge as is the bed which was really comfortable. The location is really convenient and the u bahn is just around the corner. We used public transport extensively to travel around. There is a Lidl close by so it's easy to pick up a few provisions. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. As we booked well in advance we got a very good price. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The iron didn't work but this was replaced. There is an events venue over the road so it can get noisy with guests arriving (lots of performance cars!). However we never heard them later at night when the events were over. It's a residential area so there is some noise but this is part of the experience of staying in a city.

Large spacious ‘deluxe apartment’. Comfortable beds . well equipped kitchenette.Dishwasher/microwave/hob/toaster/kettle. Large bathroom and great walk-in shower. Lovely toiletries. Molton Brown. Lots of power points. Fans provided as no a/c Good location.. near everything. Lovely reception area . Not far from Ubhann U6. Great transportation system. Very efficient.

Toaster broken . Left with filthy dirty dish clothes/tea towel/scrubber. Kitchen Bins not emptied Toilet paper in bathroom not renewed. Had to take clean stuff ourselves from cleaners trolley . The corridors are SO dark .. strange lighting.

Kindness comes natural to the staff. Modern nice rooms and comfortable bed. Very good shower. Great plus the Nespresso coffee machine with two caps as a welcome gift.

My stay was two nights. After first night, no one come for cleaning and make the bed. During the afternoon I'd like to have a break with a coffee and something sweet to eat, but only the coffee was available. A pity for their nice bar. No adaptador for European 🔌 available in the hotel and if your tools are not German, you have a serious problem.

A very nice and quiet location despite being in the heart of Berlin. Super comfortable bed which was great after long days of exploring the city. Good facilities, it had everything you might expect from a little apartment. Extra plus for the curtains that made the room completely dark at night.

Not much to complain about really. The water tended to flow out of the shower and onto the floor of the bathroom, but this could easily be helped with a towel. It would have been better for the environment if the cleaning personnel did not run the dishwasher every day, but we understand that preferences may vary.

Our room was extremely clean, modern and stylish. It had a nice bathroom with fresh towels and linen, a kitchen area with a table and also a living room/bedroom area. The bed was also comfortable and there was wardrobe space to hang up our clothes. The hotel itself wasn’t noisy and had communal areas, although we didn’t use these. Location was absolutely perfect, about a five minute walk from checkpoint Charlie and the subway. En route there a couple of cafés for breakfast which we opted for instead as we found the hotel was quite expensive.

Only 2 disadvantages to the hotel, first being that if you didn’t book breakfast it was about €16 on the day, so we found cheaper options out and about. The other thing was that the bar wasn’t open during our stay, there was a sign saying that the ‘bar closed tonight’, but it happened to be closed for the three nights that we were there!

We had a nice, spacious apartment with a balcony on the 7th floor. The shower was hot & good pressure. Provision of shampoo & body wash. Housekeeping came daily. Kitchenette was equiped with a coffee pod machine, kettle, fridge, microwave, dishwasher etc. Felt more homely than other hotels with the kitchen / living area. Close to Kochstraße train station & walkable distance to Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate, Jewish Memorial.

One slow elevator for 8 floors. Pillows are so uncomfortably soft that it feels like you’re sleeping on an empty pillowcase. There is a coffee pod machine & kettle, but hotel only gives you two coffee pods as a “gift” rather than providing any coffee or tea in the room (which would be way better). Hairdryer kept stopping whenever it got too hot, which was frequently. This was quite inconvenient considering I have long, thick hair. Balcony was good but facing the ugly inner courtyard rather than the nicer, more lively courtyard on the entrance side (personal preference).

We liked the cleanliness - everything was super clean and at the same time super cosy, not only the suite but also the common areas. Excellent rich breakfast with an outside terrace for smoking, comfortable bed and sofa.

We were a bit disappointed that the suite was on the ground floor, so we didn't have a balcony. Instead, the door opened into the street, which was a bit frustrating. So many people walking their dogs or just going to work / coming from work and we're just casually standing there having a smoke in our shorts in the street. We asked for a suite on any floor other than ground on check-in, but were told everything it booked. This was strange because we never saw any lights on the floors above ... anyway, other than this everything was great
