staff were very helpful at reception and let us check in early as our room was available when I asked if we could drop our bags off

breakfast was good and plentiful, one thing to make it better would be hot food options for breakfast, maybe some egg sausage and bacon etc

Very comfy beds in a quiet part of the city. Generous breakfast buffet. Metro and bus stop nearby.

Breakfast hall can get very crowded during peak hours. Room was very small with the sofa bed. There was practically no space for the luggage. No refrigerator in the room.

All was great, fast wifi, good location for Tempodrom.

the property itself is very good located and totally worth its price. Easy to walk to the city center and there is also a Metro station closeby. The room was clean, cannot say anything bad about it. the breakfast was also good, but I missed the glutenfree options and also there was written lactose free milk, but we did not find it, also not for a long time. simply was not there. when we arrived to the hotel, the guy at the reception was helpful, but unfortunately for him it took awhile until he has found our reservation and then had to call his colleague, because he did not understand we are 4 people and not 2.... we booked 2 rooms under one name, for 4 person. 2 hour later when we came back and already done with the paper work that guy was there and still had no clue about our rooms, how many people... so it took so so long until we could finally check in! later there was a lady at the reception, when I wanted to ask something she was interrupting all the time and said i will tell u later i will tell you later.. i did not find it too friendly as I used to work for Hilton Worldwide and we always had to listen to our guest and what and when they want to say... but general they were helpful but a little bit chaotic! maybe the Staff had a bad day, everyone can have it. apart from that we enjoyed our stay in Berlin! :)

The location of this hotel is great! It is 10 mins walking distance from Potsdamer Platz and just a few more mins from Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag. There are a couple of U-Bahn stations near and a station of S-bahn. Room was on the smaller side, but clean. The bathroom was OK, maybe too many mirrors :) Towels were changed on demand. Breakfast was great with a good variety to choose from. On the last day, we left our suitcases in the hotel's storage room (free of charge) so we could explore city a bit more.

The room was rather small (there were three of us, two adults and one 15 yo), and we practically lived from our suitcases since there were not any wardrobes in the room. But we did not mind that. What was strange for me was that the moment we came to the hotel, the receptionist asked me to pay for our stay. I always pay right away when we are traveling, since I hate the hassle of paying in a hurry when we are checking out, but still - it was strange to be asked that first thing we put our feet in the hotel. I felt like he checked us (checked our passports) out and thought we were going to leave without paying! He could have prompted me to pay by asking me am I going to pay now or at the check out, but no.

easy to find, spotlessly clean, great value,friendly & helpful staff, breakfast was typical continental breakfast but was really great hotel was central within walking distance to most places but local transport was also close by we ate at local Italian restaurant across the road most evenings as was recommended by hotel staff & food was good there were other places nearby but we enjoyed the Italian

The room is standard and comfortable, shower is good. Staff were really friendly, and some even spoke Portuguese. Breakfast has good options, including some for dietary restrictions. Location is good, with bus stops and a train station nearby, a market right in front, and some nice restaurants around. We got two key cards instead of just one, which is great for two people with different plans.

The blackout curtains didn't really black out the room - our room was right next to the hotel light sign, so we could see that bleeding through. Once the sun is up, the sunlight also bleeds through, and the room gets considerably bright, so bring your sleep masks. Breakfast does get boring after a couple days.

the hotel is situated near 2 major u/s stations, with good connections around the city (5-7 minutes on foot, no matter what station you choose). M41 station is close as well, 2-3 minutes.Also, you have major points of interest on walkable distance (Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate etc.) - 20-30 minutes. The check-in process was smooth, the staff was polite and offered you all the information needed. Also, in the reception area they provide free Berlin maps & other info. The breakfast was ok, the same every day, but you have plenty of food to choose from (eggs, ham, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, pancakes, pastries etc.). Two things to mention about breakfast that I personally find useful: serving time is between 6:30-10:30, offering you flexibility and also, if you are in a hurry, they can pack your breakfast to go. Our room was perfect for 2 people, the bed is really comfortable and everything was clean. they change your sheets/towels everyday unless you prefer otherwise. In the bathroom we found soap & shampoo but they can offer additional products if you need (toothbrush, toothpaste, sanitary products etc.) Overall, is good value for money. Definitely recommend.

Nothing I didn’t like. one suggestion only: a mini-fridge in the room will be useful.

It's always very nice to park your car in the roomy basement parking lot, 25 euro per day though is not cheap. Rooms are very clean, nice and cosy double bed is very wide and comfy. There's a sofa bed for a kid next to the double bed, good enough. The room itself is not an airfield, bed plus sofa-bed next to each other, narrow aisle between them, TV, air-conditioning, bedside, wide window. The bathroom, clean and bright, shower, sink and loo are all nicely divided in three independent zones. Breakfast, the hotel is not small, at around 9:00, it's very crowded, earlier is indeed better in that sense. There's 3-4 kinds of bread, 3-4 kinds of ham and cheese, boiled eggs, a lot of coffee types and tea, pastry, self made pancakes, fruits and 4 kind of juices, 5-6 kinds of yogurts, cow's milk is indeed there, some plant milk and 5-6 kinds of cereals. It's very nice you can make a sandwich for a taking out. Overall, breakfast area has quick service with clean crockery. Check-in, check-out, no questions at all.

There's a door to the next room, it's a double door, but still you hear people talking over the phone, it's indeed annoying.
