Hotel located in Moabit part of Berlin, very close to the U-Bahn (Birkenstrasse), so you can get to any place quite fast. Nearby are many restaurants and bars. Hotel itself is in the shopping gallery, so you have supermarket downstairs. Hotel is spacy, with registration desk on 2nd level and car parking as well, so all is close. We had big room, so all was perfect. I felt very good and despite of walking a lot and sightseeing all day I felt very relaxed at the hotel, I slept very well. Breakfast are good, fresh orange juice. I would select the same hotel if I visit Berlin next time.

Scrambled eggs was "plastic" made from the powder and not real eggs. This is very bad for 4 star hotel.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we realised it's not an ordinary one. Starting from the entry to the room it has a very modern design and the staff is kind and respectful. The room was equipped with everything a 4-star hotel needs and was very clean and quiet. The breakfast is one of the most diverse I've ever seen (all-you-can-eat) and extremely delicious. The Mercure Hotel is located near the Birkenstraße U-Bahn entry station, making the tourist attractions accessible. A very well-deserved 4 stars to this First-Class hotel in Berlin!

Dear all, I was lucky to book a very spacious comfort room with an extra seating area. I really enjoyed it as well as views and large working table. The breakfast exceeded my expectations entirely, I've never had better in my life and I've traveled some! Well done. I really liked an interesting new concept of business hotels in a complex similar to a shopping mall, incl. supermarket, bar, restaurant, lobby within, really very spacious. I recommend this hotel. Whether you come for work or leisure, the location is wonderful, just near metro stop Birkestrasse.

Unacceptable in a bussiness hotel not to have working WIFI for 2 days. I managed and I was using my data, but it is not good. And the authorization of the pages is also a very complicated process. The staff was helpful and nice, however lacks a professionalism, it took them a couple of days to get our booking & invoices done correctly. Fortunately we succeeded at the end.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful! The hotel and room itself was very nice and clean as well. Very comfortable and convenient. The room was quite big with a big comfortable bed and really nice shower, very relaxing and very quiet!

The AC (air conditioning) was not working well. The settings panel on the wall did not allow to adjust the room temperature, so it was always between 25 and 27 degrees in the room, which kind of defeats the purpose of AC. It was way cooler in the hallway, we could have just slept in there instead.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room (really large), the equipment was also very good. Very good place to buy all important things (shopping centre directly in the building) and for transport (train and metro stop was near) . The breakfast was really excellent.

We had a lot of problems with WiFi. This was a business hotel, so high-quality and secured WiFi is a necessity. It was a problem to get on the WiFi, sometimes it didn't work at all or its speed was very slow, and we only needed to provide basic email correspondence.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was superb, a variety of food, very tasty, the employees from the hotel were multilingual, very nice, even those from breakfast- they were always watching to clean the tables, take the empty plates etc.

I booked a superior double room and when I got into the room me and my husband actually thought that it’s a standard one. I even called at the reception just to make sure that it was the right room😅 So I think the price was kinda high for this “superior” double room

The hotel is located in not a very friendly area but very close to the metro line 6 and 9, with easy access to the city centre. There is a shopping centre with a supermarket, a cafe etc just underneath the hotel (the hotel reception is on the second floor and the shopping centre was the ground floor). Our room was big (our family of 3 was comfortable) and wonderfully clean with enough storage space to store clothes of 3 people for 3 days. A minifridge with fresh bottles of water was very useful in hot weather. A nice bathroom with a big shower cabin and clean soft towels. A huge TV with a selection of German and international channels. Fast and reliable internet connection in the room. A tea/coffee set. Snacks vending machine in the corridor nearby. Hotel staff was polite and friendly. To sum up, it was a comfortable place to stay for 3 nights when visiting Berlin.

The parking and breakfast were expensive. But, to be fair, it was really convenient that the hotel parking was big and located near the lift. And we had a nice big breakfast at 1/3 of the price at the cafe at the ground floor instead of the hotel breakfast, so no harm done.

Adequate room, good location, good breakfast, helpful staff - but hard to get enthusiastic about. A decent hotel in a good location at a reasonable price. Located above a large grocery store.

Design of public spaces feels like something retro-fitted into a former warehouse and the neutral decor reinforces that. Functions fine as a place to stay overnight, but not the place if you're looking for something cozy. The one practical shortcoming was the lack of a convenient way to charge electronics in the room. Only a standard wall outlet, nothing on the desktop or next to the bed.

Room tariffs are on the higher side. While the location is slightly removed from the city centre, it doesn't take time to get to Mitte using the U-bahn

Great place for an anonymous stay in Berlin. My single room was small but I guess that was enough. Bathroom was comparatively large and the shower was great. Very convenient supermarket in the basement floor!

Navigating inside the hotel was a bit tricky since it has two entrances and the reception is on the 2nd floor. Also my room was numbered 4.xx but was in the 3rd floor. Not very obvious, but the signs were helpful to find my way around.
