We paid extra for breakfast and it was a gluten free breakfast because I am coeliac. And I am very happy that Harry's Home accommodated my request. It was a filing and delicious breakfast. The room was impressively quiet. In spite of the fact that the front part of the building is in a main road, the back, were our room was, was perfectly quiet and overlooking a little park. Just perfect for us. We loved our experience at Harry's Home and if we return to Berlin, we shall definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for your excellent service! Ray and Anna.

Perhaps the only thing we missed was a hanger in the bathroom.

The hotel is quite lovely, recently renovated, and everything is immaculately clean. I also appreciate its location, as it's in a tranquil part of the city where there's not much commotion, yet it's incredibly convenient to access any destination.

In the morning, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom, probably because the hotel has recently been renovated, and perhaps a cover was still missing. That was the only unpleasant thing here; otherwise, I am satisfied.

breakfast was excellent- the room was very nicely decorated, with a cute balcony. Bathroom, just the right size,, everything in great shape, functioning perfectly. The staff is friendly, helpful, engaged with every guest in a positive and warm way.

The neighborhood is a bit mixed- it is conveniently located next to the metro but one had to live with some homeless, vagrants. The restaurants in the area were a mixed bag - too many kebab shops.

Brand new, very comfortable hotel. Quite spacious and very clean. Very nice people in the reception. Possibility of the parking (extra $ but very convenient). Just by the metro station, easy to get anywhere in the city.

The AC is not really cooling down the room. I thought maybe ours is broken but our friends had the same issue. We had to sleep with the window open and then it got loud from the street. But to be fair we never went to the reception and reported it so maybe it can be fixed!

almost everything was great! from breakfast to staff and room, it was nice.

I stayed only two nights but since I take shower everyday I expect, if not stated before, that cleaning is every day. sadly, I saw that the second day my room was not cleaned. however, during my checkout, the receptionist gave me 5 euros and told me that since they didn't clean my room this is the payback. I appreaciate the return however I wished they cleaned my room instead of optionally not deciding to clean my room (maybe it wasn't optional and they couldn't manage to clean on time but still I would expect them to plan these things or at least inform me that this could happen).

the room and balcony were really nice; laundry facilities worked well; elevator and common spaces were good; accessing building at night through garage was easy; staff was very kind and helpful; location was good, lots of restaurants nearby, public transit (U9) stop right at hotel.

it could have been cleaned more often; I stayed for 2.5 weeks and they only cleaned once; I had to ask for toilet paper and towels

Harry's Home Hotel & Apartments is a great place to stay. The staff are friendly. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is great, not far from the center. Thank you for our amazing stay in Berlin.

The only drawback was that the elevator didn't work, and we lived on the seventh floor. But it's okay because the building is after renovation. I think you would fix it quickly.

The accommodation is situated near the urban attractions, but it still requires a transfer. Many people gather in the park nearby to drink. If a girl is traveling alone, it is recommended that she doesn't return too late. However, it's worth noting that the accommodation does not provide a small refrigerator.

The room was fine, especially the balcony, bed, and shower. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel offered great extras like DIY laundry.

The area immediately near the hotel was a bit seedy, probably due to the proximity of the metro. The TV offered virtually nothing in English, except BBC & CNBC.

Excellent proximity to go around. Rooms were large enough, modern fit and clean. The hotel is perfect for youngsters only as well as for family travellers. Breakfast was a bit costly, so we went outside. Thank you guys for altering our fixed booking by amount of rooms and duration of stay! Very customer friendly
