New house, pretty good location, spacious and modern interior, nice kitchen, comfortable beds (also sofa), free fruits in the reception, friendly staff.

Very small reception area, long waiting time for elevator, a/c system poor and noisy, tv didn’t work properly. Some minor observations: pillows and blanket could be comfier, the kitchen could have basic seasonings such as salt and pepper, there could be a mirror in the room hallway. There was some fire in the hotel during our stay, which caused some inconvenience (elevator didn’t work, smoke in the stairwell and hallway, fire alarm etc). Hopefully just one time bad accident. But it’s a pity that no one apologized for such an incident and inconvenience.

the apartment was very nice, has everything you need, new appliances: kettle, toaster, microwave fridge and dishwasher. it is styled very nicely and was very comfortable and inviting. staff were very welcoming and nice

wasn't very clean (as per my wife's standards, for me it was great) it was really hot and the rooms do not have AC, although we did ask and received a mobile AC which was ok. the lobby also has no AC and you can tell by the smell of sweat of the employees and guests waiting for check-in

- Traveled for leisure with a family (2 adults, 2 children -4Y and 11Y), stayed for 5 nights - Great location, a few minutes away walking distance from Potsdamer Platz - Easily reachable, convenient transportation connections all over - The apartment is perfect, well-kept, furnished and equipped with literally all one needs for a short-term stay - Complimentary drinks during the entire stay (coffee and tea only)

- Check-in at reception was a little sluggish, there were 3 families before us checking in and out, however all employees were very friendly - During the first evening, we realized that one set of sheets and a comforter (for one of the children’s extendable beds) had not been provided. The hotel manager helped us almost immediately. However, it was annoying and disrespectful when they wanted to check our room which almost implied we had taken them!??? - Be aware no cleaning or changing sheets or towels is included. It becomes a little too much if you stay longer than 3 days. A provision of a vacuum cleaner at least would be helpful.

These apartments are in a highly privileged location, in the centre of Berlin and close to all the well-known attractions. Direct access to transport, nice restaurants and bars nearby, and shops where one can shop for all the necessities (and non-necessities). These apartments are an excellent choice with modern decoration, well-appointed and modernly equipped. Easy check-in and out.

Nothing bothered us, and the staff was friendly and at our disposal. Just a hint: It would have been helpful if the building number and hotel sign were more prominent, as we initially found them difficult to locate.

Ryan was there to greet us when we checked in and he was wealth of information and knowledge about the area. He really helped us make a plan for seeing the city over the two days we had and also helped us make some dinner reservations which we really appreciated. The room was perfect for our family traveling with two teenagers. Excellent Wi-Fi clean, modern rooms. Wonderful location.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. We booked the wheelchair accessible room without realizing it which was not a big deal. It just meant the shower had no walls so the floor got a bit wet in the bathroom. Really not a big deal and our fault for not realizing which room we selected.

Location was great, the facilities were good for our two kids (4 and 5 month olds), restaurants and travel options nearby. Within walking distance there are a few great places to eat, there's activities right next to the hotel. The main sights and transport options are very close. In the end it was worth paying extra to be closer to the center.

Apartment can get a little hot at night, but I noted three options to cooling down the apartment which was probably not used as best as we could due to our kids.

The apartments are in the perfect location just a 2 minute walk to checkpoint Charlie and the underground station. All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and the beds were amazing. The little kitchen had everything we needed and the walk in shower was fantastic. The room had a little extended bit which is surrounded by glass and the kids enjoyed sitting there watching everything going on up and down the street. We were a family of 4 and stayed here over the Easter weekend and would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The interiors were clean. The appliances were of quality. The apartment was situated in a quiet locality with all facilities nearby.

We stayed for 5 nights. Though the garbage and change of towels took place everyday, there was no basic cleaning or change of the bed sheets/linen during the entire stay. The balcony was also not clean and was also not cleaned despite notice being drawn to such state. There was no replenishment of tea sachets beyond the 4 provided at the time of check-in.

The apartment was very comfortable, nicely appointed, and the contemporary design was appealing. The design of the building--with the bay windows--was excellent. Staff was highly responsive and friendly.

The only thing that didn't work particularly well was the TV. We were interested in streaming our own content on the TV, but it was not conducive for that...the HDMI didn't work, and the log-in options for streaming service were too limited to use the TV itself.

Nice spacious room with balcony. Cool decoration. Perfect location especially for a short visit. Quiet room.

Staff (and other people too sometimes) smoking right under our balcony. This was really disturbing, since booked a room with balcony to sit outside and have the doors open to feel the garden etc. But the smoking area was placed just underneath the balconies which made us go inside and close the doors few times in an hour. Otherwise a nice room with a nice view.
